After leaving Caesar, Isaac let out a long sigh of relief. He had to admit, the gaze of a woman yearning for love really was frightening!
Checking the time, Isaac activated the Eye of Omniscience again to gather intelligence. Just as before, aside from Caesar's group, practically every team was led by a Fifth Tier. There were no easy targets left.
But having no easy targets did not mean Isaac could do nothing. He certainly could not beat them head-on, but if he wanted to run, those muscleheads could not catch him either.
So he could simply sneak up on them, then fling a black hole at them without warning!
He refused to believe he could not kill even one!
With a little luck, he might even snatch a specimen to take back for research.
He could also keep refining his spell model, preparing for the eventual battle against an opponent above his tier.
Soon, Isaac chose his target—the Orc Kingdom of Morris, a small, obscure kingdom.
Of course, it was by no means weak. Its "king" was a Fifth-Tier Knight, and judging by the fluctuations of magic power around him, he was quite powerful. The Main World was simply too vast, and thanks to the Endless Dark Wasteland, its territory kept expanding. As a result, most people—even learned wizards and Arcane Masters—could not identify every faction in the Main World.
Aside from the handful of empires and dominant powers, most people only knew the factions in their immediate vicinity.
Still, Morris was only strong compared to other factions. For Isaac, it was relatively easy to deal with, because the Fifth-Tier Knight leading its team specialized in frontal assaults and was particularly bad at running battles.
