Background / History
Caesar is the Solomon Family’s eldest son. At thirty-one, he was already recognized for exceptional cultivation talent, interpersonal skill, and authority within the territory: the Solomon army and enfeoffed Barons obeyed him, and he could command the army even when Gaia was absent. He was also Isaac’s closest family member. 24 34
His status as heir placed him in direct conflict with his younger brother Remington, whose attempts to contest the inheritance escalated into sabotage and collusion with the Black Orcs. Caesar revealed his near-High Knight strength during the Black Lizard Tribe attack, both eliminating potential evidence and demonstrating that the Faith Power path—and therefore the succession—had effectively been claimed by him. 30
Although Gaia remained the nominal head of the family for a time, Caesar increasingly handled Solomon’s major and minor affairs. His influence was decisive in the disposition of Remington, who was sent away after being deemed a construct without Solomon blood. 205
Caesar later inherited the family’s position from Gaia. Losing the Path of the Gods after succession would prevent Gaia from advancing further on that path, while Caesar retained the position and its potential. 284
Appearance
Caesar is described as handsome and carries himself with the bearing of a divine general. In battle, his golden aura, silver lightning, sword, and armor create an overtly holy and majestic image. 277
- Usually carries a Knight longsword at his waist. 207 277
- Wears a white suit at formal occasions. 143
- Manifests magnificent silver full-body armor through lightning in combat. 207 277
- Is surrounded by golden flames and silver lightning while fighting. 277
Personality
Caesar is a capable leader who places the security of Solomon Territory above personal caution. During the Black Orc crisis, he chose to break through quickly rather than continue delaying for a stronger Authority; to him, even a comparatively weaker High Knight was indispensable in an emergency. 49
He is politically astute and ambitious. Gaia’s early abdication reflected Caesar’s talent for both cultivation and governance, though he does not direct his schemes against family or friends. He sees the Terra Empire’s possible collapse as an opportunity for the Solomon Family to expand beyond the limits imposed by the existing noble order. 240 144
Despite this pragmatism, Caesar is deeply protective of Isaac. He repeatedly worries about Isaac’s dealings with Outer Gods, supports him with resources and political mediation, and accompanies him on dangerous missions rather than abandoning him to face them alone. 33 45 143 269
Abilities & Skills
Faith Knight Physique
Caesar follows the Faith Knight path and wields Divine Power, placing him among the High Knights whose Divine Territories allow them to contend with high-level Wizards.
- His Divine Power is comparable in rank to Star Power. 273
- He can turn into a golden streak of light for rapid movement. 30
- His High Knight strength was sufficient to lead campaigns against the Black Orcs, who would need at least five comparable high-level beings to besiege him effectively. 54
[Thunder] Authority
Caesar awakened the Elemental Authority [Thunder] upon becoming a High Knight. 206 192
- Creates Thunder God Armor, a plasma-like full-body armor with exceptional speed and defense. 207
- Uses Thunder Sword Qi, Thousand Shadow Thunder Sword, and Thunder Dragon Slash. 207
- Can interfere with lightning-based techniques such as Isaac’s Privilege Magic · Electromagnetic Flow. 207
- His Thunder can be neutralized by Isaac’s Illusion Authority despite being an Authority manifestation. 207
[Eight Virtues] / [Kingship] Authority
Caesar’s second Authority is [Eight Virtues], also known as [Kingship]. Originally tied to the virtues of knights and noble status, it became closely associated with the Knight path through the rise of the Knight God. 207
- Enhances a holder’s abilities when they embody one of the Eight Virtues. 207
- Accelerates Knight cultivation more effectively than ordinary Knight methods. 207
- Allows Caesar to borrow the combat experience, combat skills, spells, Magic Power, and even Authorities of those he leads. 207
- He borrowed Gaia and Sheryl’s power simultaneously, temporarily rising to peak Tier 3. 207
- Borrowed Wizard abilities do not grant Caesar the understanding needed to use every spell as effectively as its original owner. 207
Divine Territory
Caesar possesses a Divine Territory, the High Knight prototype of a Divine Kingdom. 143
- Can enter it freely and bring others inside with little cost. 143
- Its connection to reality is closer than Isaac’s Dimension World. 143
- Caesar used its golden power to forcibly stabilize Isaac’s emotions after revealing the Terra Emperor’s prophecy. 143
Deity-Given Stealth
By borrowing power from an unknown deity, Caesar can move beneath a dazzling golden radiance without detection. 277
- Allowed Caesar, Isaac, and Rona to pass undetected by Tier 3, Tier 4, and Tier 5 Star Beasts. 277
- Its movement speed is inferior to Isaac’s Dimension World. 277
- Its use is severely limited despite its exceptional concealment. 277
Military and Political Leadership
Caesar is an accomplished commander and negotiator.
- Distributed intelligence and assessed the Black Orc army’s roughly 15,000 troops against Solomon’s force of about 5,000. 41
- Organized the capture of a thousand Black Orc warriors for Isaac’s ritual preparations alongside Sheryl. 44
- Led cavalry raids to sever Black Orc supply lines and prevent the enemy from rebuilding its army. 54
- Negotiated with the Empire to secure an Unlimited Pioneer Order for Isaac in exchange for a Water Tornado. 240
Equipment
- Knight longsword — Caesar’s primary weapon; used to channel Thunder Sword Qi and Thunder-based attacks. 207 277
- Silver armor / Thunder God Armor — Lightning-manifested full-body armor that grants speed and defense. 207 277
- Magic Sand Table — A three-dimensional tactical display used to present battlefield intelligence. 33
Relationships
- Isaac Solomon — Younger brother and Caesar’s closest family member. Caesar supports Isaac’s research and political affairs, but remains concerned by his increasing reliance on Outer God transactions. 24 33 45 143
- Gaia Solomon — Father and former nominal head of the Solomon Family. Gaia entrusted Caesar with territorial affairs and later stepped down in his favor. 205 284
- Sheryl Solomon — Sister and political/military collaborator. They coordinate defense preparations, discuss territorial threats, and Caesar can borrow her power through [Kingship]. 26 44 207
- Remington Solomon — Younger brother and rival claimant to the inheritance. Remington’s plots against Caesar culminated in his loss of family standing and eventual removal from the Solomon Family. 30 33 205
- Rona — Accompanies Caesar and Isaac during their pursuit of Gerard in the Star Sea. 277
- Unnamed True God — Caesar made a deal with this deity for increased power before joining Isaac’s campaign against the Prank Master. 269
- Terra Empire — A political adversary with whom Caesar temporarily negotiated and reconciled, while believing a future conflict with Solomon remains unavoidable. 144 241
Story Role / Major Arcs
Black Orc Crisis and Succession Conflict
Caesar reveals his near-High Knight power during the Black Lizard Tribe’s assault on Solomon Fortress, personally charging a hundred Black Orcs. His display also forces Remington to confront the impossibility of surpassing him in the succession struggle. 30
As the Black Orc threat grows, Caesar serves as the family’s principal military organizer: he presents intelligence at the war council, coordinates ritual preparations with Sheryl, and later leads cavalry to harass the retreating enemy’s supply lines. 41 44 54
Isaac’s Outer God Rituals
Caesar consistently acts as Isaac’s concerned supporter during the latter’s dealings with Outer Gods. He helps secure ritual sacrifices and offers additional funding, while recognizing that Isaac’s research may endanger both Isaac and the family. 44 45 47
After the Black Orc victory, Caesar initially resists Sheryl’s proposal that Isaac leave Solomon Fortress, though he ultimately accepts the danger Isaac’s Mad Wizard path presents. 54
Terra Imperial Family Negotiations
Caesar serves as intermediary when the Terra Imperial Family seeks reconciliation with Isaac. He brings Isaac into his Divine Territory to explain the Terra Emperor’s prophecy: the Emperor foresees both his own death and the Empire’s destruction connected to Isaac. 143
He supports a temporary reconciliation with the royal family, but regards it as forbearance rather than a resolution. Caesar believes Solomon and the Empire will eventually clash, especially because their history is tied to the death of Isaac’s and Caesar’s mother. 144 241
Duel with Isaac
Caesar spars with Isaac to test his younger brother’s development. He deploys [Thunder], Thunder God Armor, Divine Spirit Form, and [Kingship], temporarily reaching peak Tier 3 by borrowing Gaia and Sheryl’s power. 207
Isaac ultimately wins by using Illusion Authority to render Caesar’s weapons, armor, body, Battle Aura, and Authorities unreal for half a second—long enough to decide the match. Caesar accepts the result with pride in Isaac’s growth. 207
Star Sea Pursuit
Caesar accompanies Isaac and the Dimension Apostles Corrosion and Erosion while pursuing Remy Gallard through the Star Sea. He witnesses Isaac’s newly created high-level apostles and becomes increasingly troubled by the number of Outer Gods involved in their creation. 273
He later uses deity-given stealth to bring Isaac and Rona near Gerard and the Star God’s corpse. Though Caesar had spent years preparing revenge against Gerard, Isaac’s Magic Eye ends the battle before Caesar can use his prepared move. 277 281
Campaign Against the Prank Master
Recognizing that Isaac’s major preparations are aimed at confronting the Mad Wizard known as the Prank Master, Caesar hands responsibility for his territory to Sheryl and volunteers to accompany Isaac. 269
He reveals that his rapid growth came from a deal with a True God, distinguishing his source of power from Isaac’s transactions with Outer Gods. 269
Trivia
- Caesar wrote Isaac’s biography, which recorded three stories of Isaac deceiving or stealing power from gods. The biography became the origin of Isaac’s God Thief ability, despite containing substantial fictionalization. 70
- Caesar once possessed the [Boundless] Authority, but was stripped of it before reaching Tier 3. 238
- He considers Star Power’s body-strengthening properties potentially useful for building an army, leaving Sheryl to address its harmful side effects. 273
