Isaac gazed at the spellbook in his hand and pondered slightly. It was much as he had expected: to build a production line, one needed not only a suitable Small World, but also Legendary Wizards and Arcane Masters proficient in alchemy—and the standards were exceedingly high!
At the very least, Isaac's current abilities did not meet those requirements.
If even he fell short, then things were even less certain for other wizards, because Legendary Wizards and Arcane Masters were rather different.
As mentioned before, the knowledge mastered by most Legendary Wizards was not systematic. Or rather, each of them formed a system of their own. Thus, even Legendary Wizards specializing in the Alchemy School might not meet the standards required for a Floating City Production Line.
In all the world, only Legendary Wizards specifically trained by the Truth Association possessed such capabilities.
This was also an invisible barrier the Truth Association had erected around Floating City Production Lines!
A barrier even greater than specialized Small Worlds and core technologies!
Fortunately, the demands for technical personnel basically only existed during the construction of a production line. Once it had been built, there were no such requirements; it was fully automated.
This was also the main reason Filo had been able to repair the Floating City with the two production lines in her hands.
Of course, that hardly mattered to Isaac, because his plan would create an entirely new kind of production line!
Perhaps even an entirely new Floating City?
Isaac raised a brow, but quickly cast the thought aside. His top priority was to get the production line working first; everything else could wait.
His thoughts raced like lightning, and before long, Isaac had roughly drafted the initial design for the relevant experiments in his
