By then, the Dragon Bone outside had all been excavated. After a moment's thought, Kraft left the matter of the Hand to Wang Mian. The organization's forces were of little use to him, but its ninjas were perfect subordinates for Wang Mian, who wanted to establish an Assassin Brotherhood.
