"I think you should reconsider, brother."
Just as Kraft reached for Mjolnir, intending to try kneading it into a metal pipe, Angela finally realized what he meant and spoke up to warn him.
"The power contained in this hammer is very unusual. You might get hurt if you act rashly."
On second thought, Kraft agreed. He knew nothing about all this mystical stuff. He had never encountered the supernatural powers of this world, and in the dream worlds, he had only watched those wondrous powers in action, without being able to master them.
"You have a good point."
Kraft withdrew his hands, then said, "Harrow, maintain the cloaking field and switch to insulation mode."
At Kraft's command, the Dream Armor he wore began changing rapidly. Soon, a layer of special rubber with excellent insulating properties covered its metal shell.
Since the thing in the crater was very likely Mjolnir, its attacks were almost certainly going to involve lightning. Although his suit already had strong resistance to electric shocks in its normal mode, Kraft still chose to change its configuration, just to be safe.
Fortunately, whenever he had nothing better to do, he liked stuffing all sorts of strange functions into his Dream Armor. Otherwise, he would have had to go back and put together a new suit specifically for this.
After switching his suit's mode, Kraft once again extended his wicked hands...
When his hands touched the hammer, Kraft still could not budge it an inch. But with the aid of his Engineering ability from Azeroth, the corner of the hammer he held gradually began to soften.
"Ha! It actually works!"
Kraft sped up his hands. The rough shape of a short pipe slowly emerged from Mjolnir, but immediately afterward, brilliant blue lightning burst out of it.
