Background / History

Qian Renxue infiltrated the Heaven Dou Imperial Palace under the identity of the First Prince, Xue Qinghe, as part of a plan to seize the throne. She killed the original Xue Qinghe, eliminated the exceptionally intelligent Second Prince Xue Luochuan, and targeted the remaining princes to secure her position as Crown Prince. 3

Her mission required her to suppress her original identity and even live publicly as a man. The strain of five years undercover left her exhausted, repressed, and lonely, despite the responsibility she believed she had to bear. 18

During the assault on Ai City, she directed the retreat of the Kingdom of Aers' forces while disguised as Xue Wu, but Xiahou Dun captured her after the defeat. 5 She later attempted to flee Ai City by impersonating the maid Xiao Mei, but Aiven exposed her disguise and identity as the Young Master of Spirit Hall. 7 9
