The Emperor turned his head and happened to see a hot-blooded youth brawling with a group of thugs.

"They are important figures of destiny in this universe. Change them, and you change this universe."

"Beat them up and make them acknowledge you as their boss."

The Emperor walked behind and struck up a conversation with Raven.

"1%. Both Ge Xiaolun and Liu Chuang are key figures in this universe's destiny. Influencing them will yield more change."
