Background / History

Xiao He was summoned by Xu Xiao after Xu Xiao decided his manor required an administrator. The System identified him as one of the Three Heroes of the Early Han, whose past role had included governing Guanzhong, pacifying civilians, collecting taxes, and supplying Liu Bang's front-line forces. Like other summoned characters, he retained his past-life memories. 1

Upon materializing, Xiao He formally greeted Xu Xiao and encountered Xiang Yu, his former enemy from the Chu–Han Contention. Both men set aside their past: Xiao He declared himself the Bamboo Slip Douluo and pledged to go through fire and water for Xu Xiao. 1

His first duties included gathering intelligence on useful forces within the empire and advising Xu Xiao on the political balance between the peace, war, and neutral factions. He recommended approaching Jing Hongchen through benefits related to Soul Tools rather than empty promises. 2 5
