"I must be insane! What a sin! May the gods forgive me!" In the night, Aragorn cut through the ropes binding an Orc, then kicked the newly freed Orc flat onto the ground. The Orc rolled twice, then fled for the distant village as if running for its life.
"Don't worry. The gods can't see you. The Dragon God will bless you!" King Roland calmly untied an Orc and kicked it flying. After spitting up a mouthful of blood, the Orc quickly vanished into the darkness.
"Damn it! Those ropes! You're just leaving them here? The Hobbits will find them!" Aragorn frowned.
"Don't worry, I thought of that long ago! These ropes were all swiped from the Hobbits! I had to search quite a few homes before I gathered this many!" King Roland said proudly.
"Dark. That's really dark," Aragorn murmured.
"It's called having everything under control! This is the embodiment of a rigorous action plan!" King Roland shook his head.
"Let's go, Caslo! On to the next stop!" King Roland's smile looked terrifying in the darkness.
"Ah!" From far away in the night came a Hobbit's horrified scream.
"See? We succeeded, didn't we?" King Roland quietly looked at the distant village as it gradually lit up and spoke in a low voice.
"Those people are innocent..." Aragorn said heavily.
"The Dúnedain who died in the Northern Wilds were innocent too! If we're talking innocence, who's more innocent than me? I just wanted to farm in peace! The Orcs came to burn, kill, and loot! The Chariot People launched a massive invasion too! The Nazgûl came every few days to fray my nerves! And then there's that brainless Demon Lord Sauron! He went insane hoping all the people of Middle-earth would kneel at his feet!" King Roland growled.
"Listen, kid!
