"Is this Flowing City?" The man looked toward the distant city and rubbed his chin. Shaking his head, he flashed his staff, and in the next second, appeared not far from the city.

"Stop! Who are you?" The Lagrange City Guards stationed at the gate immediately treated the unfamiliar figure as a major threat.
