"Whew—" Ismir let out a long breath. Being alone with King Roland had been far too stressful. Even Roland himself did not know that, after occupying a high position for so long, he had gradually developed his own King's Aura. His entire presence was utterly different from the pathetic nobody he had been when he first arrived in Middle-earth.
"I can finally pioneer my own land!" Ismir was beside himself with excitement. With Duke Junlin Apophis Breo as an example before him, if he followed suit, he could at least become a Hereditary Baron, right?
After all, a Hereditary Baron did not need a huge fief. Usually, a somewhat larger village was enough to serve as one! Most Hereditary Barons only controlled a town and several scattered villages around it. Of course, that did not include old-established barons with real power or Border Barons... Their territories were on a whole different scale, especially those of Border Barons. The largest could rival an ordinary Count's Territory. If they had enough manpower, they could even develop it into a Marquis's Territory.

"Yeah. I got lucky. King Roland didn't make things difficult for me..." Ismir sighed heavily.
"The beginning is always the hardest part. With that thing, you can legally pioneer land now!" Lance reassured him.
"Oh, right. His Highness said there were supplies for me to collect from you!" Ismir relayed Roland's exact words to Lance.
"I see... Fine! But I suggest you recruit some people first!" Lance shrugged. After all, without Spatial Equipment, Ismir could not carry all that equipment by himself.
"Wait here. I'll change clothes and help you!" Lance's eyes darted about as he patted Ismir on
