"Why!! Are we!! Planting so much land?!!" Batman shouted.
"Because!! There's so much land here!!" Clark shouted.
"That completely!! Exceeds!! Our needs!!"
"We!! Actually!! Have no needs!!!"
"Then why... get down first!! The wind's too strong up here!!" Batman shouted.
After the two of them had swallowed a bellyful of wind up there, they finally thought to land before continuing the conversation. The moment Batman's feet touched the ground, he let out a sigh of relief.
The Clark from his universe would not approach him without permission. Or rather, he had at first, but ever since Batman installed a Kryptonite shock device in his armor, Superman had learned not to touch Batman lightly.
Later, he had developed the habit, so even when Batman was not wearing armor specifically designed against Superman, Superman rarely made physical contact with him.
As a result, before coming here, he had forgotten that the Clark of this universe might be a small-town youth fresh out of the gate. And apparently, the young Bruce here had not developed the habit of wrapping himself up tightly either, so Batman had been completely unprepared.
Of course, Clark was also to blame for being so practiced at grabbing him. In the first two seconds after taking off, Batman had not even felt his center of gravity shift. He guessed Clark must have grabbed Bruce like this many times, enough to develop a feel for it.
But Batman did not think any Batman would enjoy being carried into the sky by Superman. Naturally suspicious, Batman disliked the sensation of flying without anything beneath him.
Wait, did that Bruce have wings of his own?
So the two of them flew together?
Batman had absolutely no desire to imagine that scene, so he decided to change the subject and return the conversation
