The group checked into the Florida Grand Hotel, about ten minutes away from the Magic Kingdom. The hotel offered a very high standard of service, though unlike the other hotels within Disneyland, it did not have such a distinct thematic style.

If it had to be described, the Florida Grand Hotel was closer to Victorian style—ornate and magnificent. Its food was also more refined than that of the other themed hotels, but since everyone had already eaten their fill in the park, they returned to their rooms without lingering elsewhere in the hotel.

The nighttime parade had better lighting effects, but they decided to return to the Magic Kingdom tomorrow evening specifically to enjoy the night attractions. So by around seven o'clock, everyone had returned to the hotel.

Though Schiller and Stark were tired, they still had it easier than Nick and Strange, the two shepherds. Those two had spent the entire afternoon chasing down children running wild all over the park.

The facts proved that kids who had gone completely wild had no sense of restraint whatsoever. Nick caught two agents who had climbed to the very top of the castle spire using Symbiote tentacles, while Strange fished three Little Sorcerers out of the lake who had wanted to search for hidden treasures on the lakebed.

By the time they had rounded up all the little monkeys, the two of them were so exhausted they could barely straighten their backs. Without much conversation with the others, they returned to their rooms.

At around nine that evening, Diana and Clark suddenly knocked on Schiller's door. They sighed and looked at him. "Professor, Bruce still hasn't come back. The amusement park is about to close. I think we should go look for him."
