Stark leaned over to see what they were playing. The moment he looked over, he saw a huge mass of square-shaped characters. It felt like he had been punched in the head, and he abruptly covered his eyes and staggered back.
Stark was a little better off than the others. Because he had to engage in technological exchange and cooperation with China, he knew some basic Chinese, but not this much.
Besides, the text on those cards was logically quite complicated. Even a native Chinese speaker would need quite a while to understand it, let alone foreigners.
Yet they were playing with such enthusiasm. Had they all become language geniuses and learned to read Chinese characters overnight?
He looked around and only realized what was going on when he saw that Wanda was wearing glasses too. Could there be something special about those glasses?
Harry had happened to bring several extra pairs, and the unused ones had simply been set aside. Stark picked up a pair and put them on. When he looked at the cards again, everything was immediately different.
Stark's armor actually had a similar function, but it did not rely on translation. It relied on artificial intelligence. As long as the AI could understand the text, it could summarize the contents for him. After all, he did not have time to read every word during a battle. That was far more efficient.
It was not that Stark did not want to turn the technology into a civilian product. The issue was that artificial intelligence was currently surrounded by ethical controversies, and putting it into practice would take tremendous effort. He had work far more important than that on his hands, so the civilian sector was not within his considerations for the time being.
He had not expected
