Clark looked over at Lois. Lois only gave him a slightly apologetic smile. The reflections of the lights flickering in her pupils grew brighter and brighter.

Her entire face was bathed in the glow of the computer screen. Her fingers typed a line on the keyboard: "Who exactly are you?"

"A businessman and a collector. If you're interested in me, perhaps we could meet. Maybe I can help solve your troubles."

Lois's fingers paused, but she ultimately replied to the email: "All right. Tomorrow at 10:00 a.m., at the café at 9 Missouri Avenue."

At 10:00 the next morning, Lois appeared at the café as promised. The moment she pushed open the door, she keenly noticed a man sitting in the corner. As an independent journalist, she had seen all sorts of people. The instant she saw him, she knew he was no ordinary man.

Still, Lois walked over, sat across from him, and nodded. "Hello, Mr. Rodriguez. I mainly asked to meet you today to express my gratitude. The lead you gave me about the royal family's artifact-switching scandal brought me quite a bit of fame and profit. Of course, rather than thanking you verbally, I'd rather repay you by giving people what they want. I may not be an internationally renowned journalist, but there are still plenty of things I can do. If you run into any trouble, come find me anytime."

"Thank you, ma'am." Schiller put down his phone, smiled at her, and said, "There's no need to rush to thank me. We both know the aftermath of this matter is far from over. Have you run into any trouble lately?"

"You really can't be fooled." After ordering, Lois handed the menu to the server, placed both hands on the table, and said, "Do you know Superman?"
