"You mean you want to turn that Kree Speaker into a serum?" Nick asked Schiller with a frown in the S.H.I.E.L.D. office.

"That's right. I want to verify something." Schiller, wearing a white lab coat, began pacing around the room. He said, "Do you remember what I told you before about resurrection? I suspect that Kree could be made into a serum that brings people back to life."

After the Single Universe was reset, Schiller's earlier instruction to Connors to remind Nick to deal with the Kree naturally never happened. The GH serum was never created, Coulson did not die while retrieving a special item, and he was not resurrected by an injection either.

Although Schiller retrieved the Obelisk again after the reset, it had lost its original function. At first, Schiller thought Death had smashed the phone, but after thinking it over carefully, he found there were many suspicious points.

If the Obelisk really was the result of a deal between Death and the Kree, would Death really be willing to give up such a major client so easily? The Kree were one of the universe's great empires. The death and slaughter they could provide were not to be underestimated. Would she really burn the contract just because of Schiller's harassing calls?

The last time the Scale was smashed, aside from Death being frightened by Stark suddenly talking about resurrecting the Soviet Union, there was also the fact that the Egyptian pantheon had declined from its former glory. But the Kree Empire was currently at its peak. Could Death really bear to give them up?

Or perhaps the Obelisk was merely one phone among many and was not important at all. Maybe the true resurrection device was still operating within the Kree Empire?
