But the residents of Mondstadt City did not look very happy. Every one of them looked like they were fleeing for their lives.

Li Yue knew what was happening. At first, he had thought this was Dvalin's usual harassment, but what surprised him was that he spotted a Blondie within those vortices. After speaking, Li Yue ascended through the vortex cloud and arrived above it. There were not many clouds here. It looked like Earth's stratosphere, with nothing but endless blue sky. Beneath that blue sky, a green Dragon with six wings was darting wildly through the air. Behind it, the blond girl was pursuing the Dragon with her glider. The Dragon was flying quickly, but what was surprising was that the blond girl was even faster. She was steadily closing in on it.

A barrage of Anemo bullets shot out from before the girl, spraying toward the Dragon.

The Dragon grew impatient under the barrage and roared as it accelerated. After speeding up, it swung around and charged directly toward the girl through her bullets. The girl was forced to stop attacking and adjust her posture to evade. Once the Dragon's attack missed, it did not linger. It accelerated again, shot forward, and quickly became a black dot that vanished from sight.

The blond girl's speed also rapidly slowed at that moment, and she began drifting leisurely toward the ground below.
