Quan Yi helped Huo Wu defeat the Undead Phoenix and gain a new Soul Ring, then organized the Quan Family’s plans to develop Blue Silver Island with steamships and a Pirate Group. The arc ended as Quan Yi settled on Purple Pearl as an agent and two powerful strangers confronted her at her hotel.

• Yun Qiong defeated Quan Li by teleporting with Dark Hidden Spirit and explained the skill’s limits and Dark Marks.
• Quan Yi led Huo Wu and the others to the Volcano Archipelago, where Huo Wu killed the Undead Phoenix after Quan Yi sealed its access to magma.
