Allen exposed Konoha’s hidden crimes, helped bring down the Third Hokage, and used overwhelming power to force a new balance among the villages. After taking the Five-Tails and confronting Obito and Nagato, he united the Akatsuki around his plan to destroy Kaguya, leaving the group allied under his lead.

• Allen defeated Sasuke and Neji in the Chunin Exam, then revealed his identity and launched the Konoha invasion alongside Orochimaru.
• Allen exposed Konoha’s role in the Uchiha Clan Downfall, helped Sasuke leave the village, and battled Kakashi and Jiraiya as Orochimaru killed the Third Hokage.
• Allen used Four-Tails Chakra to cover the arena and nearby area in lava, then left Konoha with Orochimaru while Sand and Sound forces surrendered.
• Allen destroyed Iwagakure with a nuclear warhead, killed Onoki, took Dust Release, and captured Han to obtain the Five-Tails.
• Allen sealed the Five-Tails into himself and told Orochimaru he would not protect civilians using Nen, while explaining to Neji and Karin that Kaguya was the true enemy.

Allen captured the Seven-Tails, One-Tail, and Six-Tails while using the threat of overwhelming weapons to force villages to yield. As Akatsuki backed the rebellion and the Allied Forces attacked the Sound Ninja Village, Sasuke killed Orochimaru, and Allen confronted the alliance over its occupation of the village.

• Obito reclaimed his Sharingan from Kakashi, while Allen’s group captured Fū and sealed the Seven-Tails inside Allen.
• Allen forced the Sand Ninja to surrender Shukaku, and Sasuke defeated Gaara before the beast was extracted and sealed.
• Allen met Mei Terumi and obtained information about Utakata, while Akatsuki began aiding rebel forces against the great nations.
• Allen’s group extracted the Six-Tails from Utakata, and Allen fought Might Guy as Naruto and Sasuke battled.
• Allen helped Sasuke awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan and warned him that Itachi was terminally ill.
• The Allied Forces attacked the Sound Ninja Village, where Sasuke killed Orochimaru after awakening his Mangekyo Sharingan.
• Kabuto joined Akatsuki, and the Sound Ninja Village’s defenses fell as the Allied Forces occupied its damaged base.
• Allen demanded that the Alliance leave the Land of Rice and pay for the Sound Ninja Village’s destruction, then warned the Cloud Ninja against retaliation.

Allen and his allies captured the Two-Tails, defeated the Cloud Ninja pursuit force, and used Sasuke’s attack to expose Konoha’s hidden failures. The arc left Konoha in chaos, with Neji leading much of the Hyuga Clan away and Hinata running to find Naruto.

• Jiraiya entered the Rain Ninja Village to investigate Pain, who revealed himself as Nagato and defeated his former teacher before deciding to let him live as a witness to the coming revolution.
• Allen’s blacksmith forged the Ragnaros Sword while Karin and Neji captured Yugito, and Neji killed the Fourth Raikage and the Cloud Ninja rescue force before Allen extracted the Two-Tails.
• Sasuke attacked Konoha with Orochimaru’s followers, and Allen destroyed Tsunade’s sealing barrier before revealing secrets that turned Naruto against the village.
• Naruto lost control under the Nine-Tails’ influence and devastated the forest with a Tailed Beast Bomb, while Neji told Allen that more than half of the Hyuga Clan would leave Konoha.
• Neji refused Sasuke’s invitation to kill the Hokage Advisors and went to the Hyuga compound, where Hiashi named him clan head and ordered the younger generation to leave with him.
• Hinata refused to leave Konoha without Naruto, sent Little Spark away with Neji, and ran toward the battlefield.

Allen gathered the remaining Tailed Beasts while Naruto and Sasuke turned away from Konoha and its leaders. Madara, Kabuto, and the ninja forces converged on the Land of Iron as Kabuto prepared to defend the Gedo Statue.

• Neji led the Hyuga Clan’s young people out of Konoha, Sasuke killed the two Hokage Advisors, and the Nine-Tails rampaged until Minato emerged and learned that Naruto had yielded control.
• Obito took Naruto and the Nine-Tails to Allen, who planned to cultivate Naruto and Sasuke as allies, while Madara was revived and agreed to wait as Allen pursued the Tailed Beasts.
• Naruto learned about Konoha’s mistreatment of him and its history, while Allen hid Neji and the Hyuga Branch Family and revived Orochimaru to prepare for Madara.
• Allen defeated the Allied Forces’ attacks, absorbed the Three-Tails, and later extracted the Eight-Tails from Killer B as Akatsuki withdrew with all Nine Tailed Beasts gathered.
• Madara and Hashirama faced each other, while Allen and his allies plotted around the Rinnegan, the Gedo Statue, and Kabuto’s attempt to become the Ten-Tails’ Jinchuriki.
• Sasuke and Itachi fought with their Susanoo, and Itachi died after giving Sasuke his nearly blind eyes, while Kabuto seized Itachi’s corpse and escaped.
• Allen took Neji and Karin to the Land of Iron after learning Kabuto was there, drawing Madara, Obito, Hashirama, and Tobirama into a battlefield where hundreds of samurai died.
• Kabuto summoned Impure World Reincarnation fighters to defend his base as Allen returned Tailed Beasts to the Gedo Statue, and Madara, Obito, and Black Zetsu arrived to face the reincarnated shinobi and the First and Second Hokage.
