Allen helped establish a new World Government, then entered the Fourth Holy Grail War with Vilnalasath and made Sakura his Master. As the war escalated, Sakura grew stronger, Kayneth was gravely wounded, and Sakura confronted the Tohsaka family before Allen took her away.

• Whitebeard returned to the New World, while Allen proposed a new World Government to Dragon and Zephyr’s reformist Marines joined the Revolutionary Army.
• Allen completed Vegapunk’s Bloodline Factor experiment, then entered the Burning Crusade-era game world and gave Vilnalasath a Warlock class.
• Allen was summoned into the Fourth Holy Grail War, killed Zouken and Kariya, and made Sakura his Master so he could remain in the world.
• Allen trained Sakura through Dungeons and announced himself as a sane Berserker, overpowering Lancer, Saber, and Gilgamesh during their first encounter.
• Allen and Sakura encountered Caster and his Master, while the other Masters began coordinating against Caster and Kayneth negotiated with Allen over the Matou Magic Crest and Moon Cell Liquid.
• During the assault on the Einzbern castle, Allen destroyed Caster’s Familiars, Sakura defeated an Assassin, and Kiritsugu critically wounded Kayneth with an Origin Bullet.

Allen rescued Fuyuki’s victims, challenged the kings’ ideals, and fought Caster’s catastrophe while revealing the Holy Grail’s corruption. Sakura defeated Tokiomi and claimed her new identity, as Kiritsugu’s plan to deceive Kirei continued.

• Allen revived the tortured children, rescued Rin from Uryuu Ryunosuke, and learned that Tokiomi had left Sakura in the Matou family’s hands, prompting Tokiomi to burn down the Matou estate.
• Rider gathered Saber and Gilgamesh to debate who deserved the Holy Grail, and Allen challenged their claims while urging Saber to face her failures without surrendering her path.
• Allen drew Caster out with Uryuu Ryunosuke, exchanged him for Rin, and rescued Aoi from the monster Caster had implanted in her chest.
• Allen destroyed Caster’s giant Sea Demon and contained a nuclear explosion, then warned Kiritsugu and the other participants about the Holy Grail’s corruption and the threat it posed.
• Allen defeated Diarmuid, saved Irisviel by removing the Lesser Grail, and arranged for Uryuu Ryunosuke to impersonate her while Kiritsugu and Irisviel planned to disappear.
• Tokiomi and Waver allied Gilgamesh and Iskandar against Allen and Saber, while Kirei agreed to help Gilgamesh kill Tokiomi.

Allen returned to Fuyuki for the Fifth Holy Grail War, where Sakura and the other Masters fought as old alliances and family plans resurfaced. The final battle began at Ryūdō Temple, leaving Red A dead, Shirou defeated, and Allen stepping onto the battlefield as Sakura froze Gilgamesh.

• After the Fourth War, Allen reunited Sakura with her family, prepared the next war, and summoned Artoria with Avalon as her knight.
• Sakura summoned Medusa, Rin summoned Gilgamesh, and Shirou summoned Red A as the Fifth Holy Grail War’s Masters gathered and clashed.
• Sakura and Medusa attacked Ryūdō Temple, killed Medea and Kuzuki Sōichirō, and later defeated Heracles while sparing Illya.
• Allen warned Illya that the Einzberns had lied about her fate, then helped Kiritsugu rescue her and transfer the Lesser Grail into Bazett.
• Cú Chulainn fought Gilgamesh and died after his final spear broke Red A’s defense, while Illya reunited with Kiritsugu and Irisviel.
• Rin, Shirou, and Red A prepared to fight Sakura and Medusa at Ryūdō Temple as Allen and Artoria watched with Bazett.
• Red A destroyed Medusa’s Pegasus with Unlimited Blade Works before Medusa petrified and shattered him, and Shirou collapsed while protecting Rin.
• Sakura repelled Gilgamesh’s Enuma Elish and froze him, while Allen removed the Lesser Grail from Bazett and entered the battlefield.

Allen established the Hunter Association in the Overlord world, drawing human nations into his plans while Ainz Ooal Gown emerged as a potential rival. As Artoria prepared to take the Kingdom’s throne and Adeline carried out a bloody purge, Allen dispatched Hunters against threats in the mountains and sent Adeline to deliver a message to Certain Death.

• Allen completed the Holy Grail ritual, became the Third Magus, gave Artoria a new body and Dragon King’s Blood, and left the Fate world with her and Sakura.
• In Yar'Tir, Allen founded the Hunter Association, recruited members with classes and licenses, and won support from Princess Lana, the Empire, and the Slane Theocracy.
• Allen agreed to help Lana take control of the Kingdom and chose Artoria to rule it, while the Empire prepared to invade and the Theocracy’s Certain Death joined the Association.
• Ainz Ooal Gown appeared at Karn Village, where he stopped Marquis Paulrop’s attack and met Peter Mock’s team before Allen revealed that he knew Ainz’s former name, Suzuki Satoru.
• Allen warned Ainz to restrain Nazarick from harming humans, and Ainz returned to his Guardians as Demiurge proposed secret campaigns against the Lizardmen and demi-humans.
• After the Hunter Association declared the nobles behind village attacks to be targets, Adeline slaughtered the Paulrop family and their soldiers, and the Kingdom’s king agreed to concessions to avoid war.
• Allen gave Evileye and Lagris Seventh Tier spell scrolls and announced a Hunter mission against Earth-digging Orcs in the Angelicia Mountains.
• Allen gave Adeline a yin-yang taiji Mark and ordered her to deliver the message “the appointed time has come” to Certain Death in the Theocracy.
