Renard met the representatives of Ou Fan and Ironclad Dragon after Azrael announced their alliance with Blue Cosmos and the Earth Alliance. As Quincy Isha and Nai Pa revealed their competing plans to capture the Apocalypse Unit, Renard wondered what each faction truly wanted.
