Xiao Ran’s forces investigated the missing Yamato and the hidden powers shaping the world, while Renard’s team joined Soji Okita and Chitose Kisaragi in Nouvel Tokyo City. The search led Xiao Ran to Yajenar, where he faced the DRAGON threat and negotiated Teresa’s distrust of Renard.

• Xiao Ran sent allies to investigate Nouvel Tokyo City, the Federation, the Mars Successors, and the missing Yamato while he stayed in Orb.
• Cruze, Zechs, Renard, and Moses found Soji Okita and Chitose Kisaragi in Nouvel Tokyo City, where Soji boarded VangRay and joined Zechs in fighting attacking robots.
• Renard brought Soji, Chitose, and Nein into contact with Mai Senpuuji, who agreed to help search for the Yamato while refusing to share the Senpuuji Conglomerate’s Super AI technology.
• The Nadeshiko and Ptolemaios entered D Area, fought unmanned units and DRAGON, and met Tessa and Mithril after the battle.
• El-Elf and Billy returned to Orb with evidence that the Mars Successors planned to repair the Yamato at a spaceport colony and that hidden forces had suppressed intelligence across the world.
• Xiao Ran and Athrun traveled to D Area, recruited Tusk as an adviser, and arrived at Yajenar as DRAGON appeared and Jill sent the Normas to intercept them.
• Teresa told Xiao Ran that Renard was her brother and a wanted criminal in her world, and Xiao Ran offered to act as Renard’s guarantor while supervising him.

Xiao Ran uncovered AmbriO’s role in the conflicts across the connected worlds and began building an alliance against him. The group split its forces to contact the DRAGON, find the Yamato, and intervene in the Federation and Japan.

• Tieria told Xiao Ran that the DRAGONs were invaders and that Celestial Being had come to Yajenar to investigate the War of Freedom and the Founding United Nations.
• Xiao Ran joined the battle against the DRAGONs in a Para-mail, disabled them where he could, and helped capture two wounded wyverns alive.
• Jill revealed that AmbriO had created the world and the Founding United Nations, and that the War of Freedom was a struggle to destroy him.
• Setsuna used GN Particles to communicate with two DRAGON girls, who told Xiao Ran that they had once been human and sought their Dragon God Aura and AmbriO’s death.
• Miss Huang, Jill, Tessa, and Wilt explained the threats facing their respective worlds, and Xiao Ran set finding the Yamato and contacting the DRAGON as priorities.
• Xiao Ran took command of the Nadeshiko and arranged for its forces to operate separately while he prepared to intervene in the Federation.
• Xiao Ran returned to Orb, asked his allies to investigate AmbriO’s supporters, and learned that El-Elf had found the Yamato at Amaterasu Orbital Colony.

Xiao Ran united forces from several worlds, rescued the Yamato, and led the fleet against the Mars Successors. After defeating their forces, the fleet faced AmbriO, whose machines repeatedly returned after destruction.

• Xiao Ran told Mina Lund he would unite three worlds’ military strength to purge the Federation and isolate AmbriO, while Mina agreed to guard Orb and contact allies.
• Xiao Ran coordinated the rescue of the Yamato at Amaterasu, where the Nadeshiko, Ptolemaios, Danner's Son, and Burning Legion defeated the Mars Successors and recovered the ship.
• Xiao Ran and the other commanders agreed to attack the Mars Successors’ headquarters, while Amuro revealed that they had forced him to help use the ν Gundam’s Mental Power Frame.
• Luo and Renard refitted four mecha for Kira, Athrun, Shin, and Amuro, naming them Eternal Freedom, Immortal Justice, Shining Destiny, and Hi-ν Gundam.
• Ruri Hoshino led five warships in a Boson Jump to Mars, where the fleet attacked the Mars Successors’ headquarters as Xiao Ran kept the Burning Legion out of direct combat.
• Mwu deployed Burning Legion drones, and the allied pilots defeated the Beichen Six and Hokushin while Utamono Kōichirō and NERGAL Heavy Industries reported capturing the base.
• Xiao Ran destroyed black PMs that emerged above the fleet, but AmbriO’s machine reappeared, and five versions of AmbriO encircled the allied forces.
• Xiao Ran and his allies destroyed the five PMs, but Yurika warned them as new machines appeared, and Xiao Ran explained that AmbriO’s units returned after about ten seconds.

After the Nadeshiko’s jump brought the fleet to a red Earth, Xiao Ran’s forces fought Gamillas and New Zeon while seeking allies and investigating the connected worlds. The Burning Legion joined forces with Londo Bell, while Renard set out to seize Amalgam and the fleets prepared to regroup.

• The Nadeshiko’s uncontrolled Boson Jump brought the fleet from Mars to a red Earth, where Tessa took command and tried to keep the group out of the Federation–New Zeon battle.
• The Gamillas Fleet attacked, and Xiao Ran’s forces drove it off, rescued survivors, and divided their forces between a journey to Londo Bell and a journey toward Earth.
• Xiao Ran sent Renard, Basak, and El-Elf to take over Amalgam and infiltrate the Hostile Faction while they searched for clues about the missing legions.
• The Burning Legion went to Industrial Seven, rescued civilians, and helped protect the Nir-Akama when New Zeon and Gamillas forces returned under Full Frontal.
• Xiao Ran fought Full Frontal in Darkness Sky and Tactical Armor, overwhelmed the enemy forces, and forced them to retreat before collapsing from exhaustion.
• Renard tested Full Frontal’s reaction, then announced that he would seize Amalgam’s headquarters and eliminate anyone who resisted him.
• Bright Noa arrived with Federation aid, and Xiao Ran agreed that Londo Bell would be an ally while refusing to serve the Federation.
• Bright received orders to take Ra Cailum and Nir-Akama to Earth, while Xiao Ran planned to rendezvous with the other ships after they rested and resupplied.
