Luo first assists Xiao Ran by presenting him with an incomplete black Mobile Suit whose frame, cockpit, and drive modules remain functional. He identifies the missing battery, weapons, and system programming as the only obstacles to restoring it for combat. 56

He becomes Xiao Ran’s principal mechanic, maintaining and modifying the team’s Mobile Suits.
