Jiang Ruxian was brought out of the Kunlun Immortal Ruins by Jiang Lintian and Li Qingshu and raised in the Prime Minister's Manor as Jiang Lan's older sister 123 324. The Kunlun Immortal Ruins are later described as a fragment of the Ancient Heavenly Realm, and Jiang Ruxian is identified as an Immortal Embryo connected to that origin 307 324.

Although she entered the world only three months before Jiang Lan, she looked three or four years older and was mentally mature from a young age 31. As a child, she was gentle and considerate toward Jiang Lan, caring for him closely while he suffered from a damaged innate foundation and frail health 31.

Heart Theft and Estrangement

Li Qingshu attempted to kill Jiang Ruxian and dug out her Seven-Orifice Exquisite Immortal Heart, transplanting it into Jiang Lan 123. Jiang Lintian later regretted not eliminating Jiang Ruxian completely, because she survived and eventually returned to the Prime Minister's Manor 123.

Confrontation with Jiang Lan

At the ruined temple and cliffside, Jiang Ruxian tries to apologize and make amends, but Jiang Lan rejects her pity and guilt 124 125. He returns the Seven-Orifice Exquisite Immortal Heart to her and declares their connection severed, while she realizes the depth of her past mistakes 125.
