Background

Lu Xuan was originally a Blue Star office worker who lost consciousness during late-night overtime and awoke as a newborn in another world. He retained an Addition System that displays his cultivation and allows him to deduce techniques through System Points. By age twenty, he had secretly cultivated to Blood Refinement Realm Perfection, far beyond Azure Cloud County’s known martial artists. 1

Born into the Lu Family Pharmacy, Lu Xuan was expected to inherit his father Lu Jiahe’s medical knowledge. Instead, after his mother’s death fifteen years earlier, he became withdrawn and devoted himself to blade practice. His father ultimately entrusted the family’s medical legacy to Lu Xuan’s younger brothers. 4

A supernatural incident in Ping'an Township exposed Lu Xuan to Yin Energy and Eerie Entities. Recognizing both their danger and their value as potential sources of System Points, he began actively investigating strange phenomena rather than remaining hidden in Azure Cloud County. 1 5
