Wu Heng shot her an annoyed look.
"You only heard it from the people at the tavern, and you actually believed it?"
Most of Beni's information came from when she worked at the tavern.
She had actually believed that the Second Prince liked men.
Granda said with a smile, "I don't know whether he likes men, but there really is a woman in that estate called the Princess Consort. The Second Prince couldn't have captured another prince's woman just to protect her, could he?"
"She should be his wife. The Second Prince isn't young anymore. By human lifespan standards, it would be normal for him to have a family." Wu Heng analyzed the situation, then continued, "Is she the only Princess Consort?"
With the Princess Consort here, it was not hard to infer a few things.
The Second Prince was in Nilari City, and his family was here, so he would not be unable to look after them if danger arose.
"I only found her and several maids. As for whether there are other family members, I can't say. You can't tell whether someone is related to the Second Prince just by looking at them," Granda said.
Wu Heng nodded in understanding.
Granda continued, "What should we do next? It's getting dark. Are you staying outside for the night?"
"I haven't figured that out either."
Granda floated in midair and pondered for a moment. "You could try disguising yourself as the Second Prince. If that doesn't work, then we can consider other options."
"Disguise myself as the Second Prince and flee back to this city?"
"Yes. Say the Second Prince was attacked in Nilari City and escaped back here. The distance between the two cities normally takes three days to travel, so news won't spread that quickly." Granda drifted back
