"Wait?" The Divine Matrix Civilization Leader froze for a moment, but he quickly understood the other party's question. So the Abyss Civilization thought the Divine Matrix Civilization had nothing to do in the early stages.

"Do you see these devices?" The Divine Matrix Civilization Leader gestured for the Abyss Civilization team to look at the star map displayed in the hologram. The great circles spread across the Void were the model of the Star Accelerator.
It looked like a Ring Accelerator, with a great circle placed at intervals. Together, they formed the accelerator's passageway, creating a massive structure resembling a flat spiral mosquito coil. The structure gradually narrowed from its outer rings to its inner rings, as though an enormous mosquito-coil stand had been pinned across the entire Star System. The outer ring lay along the Star System's edge, while the endpoint of the inner ring rested at the central black hole.
According to the Divine Matrix Civilization's explanation, once the massive structure was completed, stars could be pushed into the Star Accelerator and accelerated ring by ring like particles in a particle accelerator. Once they reached the vicinity of the black hole, the central black hole's immense Gravity would give them one final pull, accelerating their conventional speed to near-light speed before firing them toward the target Star System.
The force accelerating those planets was, without question, Gravity. It was the weakest of the Four Fundamental Forces, yet the Divine Matrix Civilization could turn it into a force capable of moving stars. Calling it Star Power would not be inaccurate.
