Seeing civilization after civilization within the organization submit applications to reserve warp devices, the Feather Civilization felt truly delighted, but they did not get carried away. They were well aware of the current structure of the Great Voyage Organization, and they knew who called the shots.
So the Feather Civilization merely glanced over those applications and did not agree to them directly, because they first needed to prepare some devices for the big shots who had not submitted applications.
"So this is where the five big-shot civilizations and the Starry Sky Defenders often hold meetings? Oh, and the damned Daya Civilization too. Haha, now we finally don't have to look at the faces of those Daya Civilization bastards anymore!"
This was the first time the Feather Civilization Leader had attended a high-level meeting of the Galactic Great Voyage Organization. It was likewise held inside the Virtual Auditorium. All the decorations inside were illusory, but the setting was still different from the full-civilization meetings he had attended before. Most importantly, after arriving at the auditorium, he saw that several big-shot civilizations were already inside.
Oh, the Human Civilization team had not arrived yet.
The Feather Civilization Leader noticed this and looked toward the seats marked for Human Civilization, thinking to himself that big shots really were big shots; they even dared to be late to a meeting like this.
After one glance, the Feather Civilization Leader led his team excitedly toward the area showing the Feather Civilization's position and took their seats.
"Feather Civilization, you are very impressive. On behalf of the Divine Matrix Civilization, I offer you our congratulations. You are an outstanding race, and you are qualified to stand on equal footing with us."
The one speaking was the Divine Matrix Civilization Leader. He had always spoken so bluntly.
