Humanity had been deeply invested in studying the universe's wondrous phenomena, so they had been quite reluctant to leave. But there was no other choice. They had already stayed here for decades, yet aside from the phenomena they had learned of at the beginning, they had gained nothing. They did not even have a way to continue their research.

Humanity had originally planned to capture them, but they eventually discovered that they simply had no ability to capture those glittering spots of light. They did not even know what they were, much less why this vast Hydrogen Molecular Cloud displayed such a bizarre phenomenon.

Under such circumstances, humanity could only choose to leave for the time being and resume their journey along the Starry Sky Road.

Still, although they had made no substantive progress, humanity's understanding of the universe had grown. They had learned that the universe contained such strange phenomena they had never seen before, things that even a Level 4 Civilization could not understand.

The universe truly was wondrous. It was far more than what one could see by remaining in a single place. Countless unknown, unheard-of, and unseen things lay hidden deep within that boundless sea of stars.

This discovery also made humanity realize that, as a Wandering Civilization, they truly gained broader knowledge and experience than they would by constantly developing within a single Star System or star region. Though endless wandering increased the danger of a civilization being destroyed, danger came with opportunity as well.
