The Divine Matrix Civilization's depth of understanding of Gravity was utterly beyond anything Human Civilization or the Daya Civilization could compare to. Not only could they build a Neutron War Star, they could also equip it with such a powerful means of movement.
Of course, this method of movement was not mysterious.
Humans in third-person piloting mode could easily "see" it clearly. It was indeed a movement method based on Gravity Technology, with Space Technology involved as well, though Gravity Technology was fundamental to it.
Pilots in third-person piloting mode described it as space acting like a trampoline, bouncing the Neutron War Star up and propelling it onward. It was indeed an apt description. Even when scientists observed it, they could only come up with the same analogy.
However, after the Neutron War Star "bounced" up, its movement—which appeared even faster than the highest Warp speed—was in essence accomplished through short-range Wormholes. That much was certain.
Yet those Wormholes were temporary. Once the Neutron War Star jumped into one, its entrance vanished behind its rear along with it. The disappearance was too fast, which was why the Daya Civilization's conventional detection methods had failed to identify the cause.
Clearly, the defining feature of this short-range movement method was that, both in appearance and in reality, it was indeed faster than the highest Warp speed of a Level Six Civilization. However, it obviously could not be used for long-distance travel.
Energy consumption and sustainability were major problems.
But it was exceptionally well suited for the battlefield. It gave the Neutron War Star another flexible means of movement, and since it was itself a Neutron Star, civilizations without Characteristic Technology had no way to deal with it.
Aside from its means of movement, the Neutron War Star surely possessed many offensive and
