Marvel: Psychologist, Stealing Wanda and Gwen! Episode 23

Were they trying to make it that obvious?

Why didn't the two of them just get married on the spot?

Same-sex marriage was legal in America anyway, so they might as well tie the knot now!

Of course, it would be even better if they included him.

"Alright, alright."

Su Yi clapped his hands, drawing both of their attention back to reality.

He could hear the police sounding their alarms as they rushed over from afar.

So Su Yi suggested, "This can't go on, but for now, let's pin down the manhole covers."

"Then we can wait for the police to arrive and guard them."

"This needs a lot of people. There are too few of us, so we can only contain it for now."

Hearing Su Yi's plan, the two superheroes, Wanda and Gwen, had no objections!

"Mm!" x2

The two of them nodded.

Then they began working together.

Gwen put the manhole covers back one by one.

Then Wanda used Chaos Magic to move cars over and firmly pin the covers down.

If any mutated rats crawled out, Wanda would clench one hand.

With a squelch, she crushed them into a mist of blood.

After they quickly took care of everything, all the manhole covers that might spew out mutated rats had been temporarily secured.

"Wee-woo! Wee-woo! Wee-woo!"

At that moment, police cars came wailing over.

Gwen spotted her dad's police car among them.

"I have to go!"

She waved to Su Yi and Wanda.

Then she immediately shot out a web line and left.

"See you~!"

Wanda lowered her hands, panting from exhaustion.

But when she saw that the problem around them had truly been resolved, she suddenly turned and hugged Su Yi.

"We did it!"

Su Yi hadn't done anything at all.

And then Wanda charged right into him, chest first!

Wasn't that unfair?!

Of course it wasn't unfair!

He was actually very happy!

But Su Yi merely patted Wanda on the shoulder and whispered in her ear, "Alright, alright. You're the Scarlet Witch, a superhero. This is something you could definitely accomplish once you got serious."

"Stop hugging me. People around us are filming with their phones."

"If we keep this up, the internet will start saying that the Scarlet Witch, one of the superheroes, is in love."

After the matter was resolved, Su Yi hadn't expected Wanda to suddenly hug him.

Su Yi reached out to stroke her face, then used his clothes to wipe the corner of her lips.

Then he slowly said in a soft voice.

"There's still plenty of time. There will be plenty of time in the future."

"We should go out now, Miss Witch."

Wanda touched the large hand Su Yi had placed over her cheek and nodded.

"Mm..."

Out on the street.

After several police cars stopped at the scene.

Agent Natasha and New York Police Department Commissioner George Stacy—Gwen Stacy's father—got out of their cars.

Natasha walked over to several manhole covers.

Looking at the mutant rat corpses scattered around and the cars weighing down the manhole covers, she asked in confusion.

"Who took care of this?"

"Where are they?"

George Stacy looked around.

Then he and several officers questioned the civilians at the scene nearby.

Afterward, he returned and said to Natasha.

"Agent Romanoff, it was handled by a Spider-Woman who could shoot webs and wore a skintight suit, along with a woman who could use Scarlet Magic Abilities."

"Spider-Woman's identity is still unknown for now."
