Background / History
Sixth Crow is a Golden Crow and Dijun's son. After disappearing from the Fusang Divine Tree, he was found injured by the Black Dog and brought to Li Er, who accepted him into Daoism. He initially expressed interest in body refinement and weapon refinement. 25 26 132
He was subjected to the implantation of Red Lotus Karmic Fire during his early time in Daoism. Rather than remaining a passive disciple, he developed his own cultivation ground—a small world layered with formations—and began refining a distinctive flying knife with his Sacred Fire and Primordial Spirit. 31 47
Appearance
Sixth Crow can assume a humanoid form, but his Golden Crow nature becomes apparent in battle and cultivation. During breakthroughs, he transforms into a small sun wreathed in original Sacred Fire. 50
- His true form divine ability manifests as a scorching sun with cold, killing-intent-filled radiance. 118
- His presence can shift sharply from harmless and deferential around Li Er to domineering and oppressive in the Demon Court. 74
- He is known to pluck his own feathers as part of his extreme body-refinement regimen. 84 118
Personality
Sixth Crow is exceptionally shrewd, ambitious, and adaptable. He carefully conceals his position as Daoist Lu Ya from Li Er for a time, while using his experience as Demon Race ruler to argue for strict entry standards and formal rules within Daoism. 74 84 132
As a ruler, he is authoritarian and exacting. He expects Demon Race officials to solve problems under the system he established, punishes defiance harshly, and uses the Immortal-Slaying Flying Knife to inspire fear. His governance gradually shifts the Demon Race from fear of him toward respect for the order and growth produced under his rule. 87 132
He is also deeply protective of the Demon Race. Although he first pursued coexistence with the Witch Race, he immediately intervened when he witnessed Demon Race members being slaughtered, judging that refusing to act would make him unworthy of leading his people. 118
Abilities & Skills
Immortal-Slaying Flying Knife
Sixth Crow's signature weapon is a sentient-looking flying knife with eyes and wings. It was refined through his Sacred Fire and Primordial Spirit, then evolved during his tribulation. 47 50
- Locks onto a target's Primordial Spirit, creating the sensation that it cannot be escaped. 47
- Can bypass spatial and temporal obstacles to strike its target. 67
- Was improved to threaten both Primordial Spirits and physical bodies; against beings without Primordial Spirits, it cuts the lifespan of the body itself. 118
- Can be multiplied into tens of thousands of flying knives for area attacks. 118
- Its feared invocation is associated with the phrase “Baby, please turn around.” 50 62
Golden Crow Turns Sun
Sixth Crow's true-form divine ability creates a blazing sun that covers the original sun's light while radiating an extremely cold killing intent. 118
- Uses an extreme-Yang Golden Crow form to express extreme-Yin intent, reflecting his unification of Yin and Yang. 118
- Produces frost-like rays that form into tiny flying knives and pierce enemies. 118
- Its arrival restored hope among the captured Demon Race and intimidated the Witch Race. 118
Physical Combat and Body Refinement
Sixth Crow places great importance on refining his physical body and openly pursued the body-refinement path after entering Daoism. 26
- His body was repeatedly tempered through Chaos Flame training and self-inflicted feather plucking. 118
- Overpowered Dijiang in close combat with the Leaning-Against-the-Mountain Strike, kicks, and coordinated flying-knife attacks. 118
- His combat ability was regarded as effectively Sage-level despite lacking a mark engraved upon the Great Dao. 114 118
Formation, Artifact, and Primordial Spirit Techniques
Sixth Crow constructed a cultivation small world from countless formations and possesses substantial artifact-refinement knowledge. 47
- Secretly developed Primordial Spirit arrays modeled after the Super Processor. 96
- Voluntarily endured the dangerous fusion of a Super Processor, gaining new comprehension and strength through the process. 100
- Maintains a Lu Ya clone to bear the Demon Race's luck and operate dangerous ventures in his stead. 133 158
- Installed a safeguard that shocks the clone if it develops rebellious thoughts. 158
Strategic Leadership
As Dao Lord, Sixth Crow restructured the Demon Race around rules, collective responsibility, and a long-term objective of conquering the Chaos Star Sea. 74 87
- Created the Demon Script, giving the Demon Race its own culture and civilization. 74
- Connected the Demon Race's operation of the Zhou Tian Star Array to the Primordial World's spiritual energy and protection, making the race harder for the Heavenly Dao to suppress. 133
- Regularly removes deeply sinful demons to prevent damage to Demon Race luck. 133
- Proposed a small-world arena supported by spatial, temporal, destiny, and world-law specialists to contain inter-faction conflicts. 141
Equipment / Items
- Immortal-Slaying Flying Knife — His signature Primordial Spirit- and body-targeting weapon. 47 118
- Feather Fans — Sixth Crow condensed his full-strength strike into ten feather fans; he gifted one to Pan Ling'er for protection. 130
- Bronze communication token — A Daoism-issued causal-law communication artifact used to receive Li Er's summons. 74
Relationships
- Li Er / Little Master — Master and guide; Sixth Crow remains outwardly obedient around him, seeks his advice, and values being personally summoned by him. 26 74 133
- Black Dog / Black Protector — Rescuer and fellow Daoism member; the Black Dog found Sixth Crow after he was injured, though he later exposes Sixth Crow's self-serving account of becoming emperor. 26 132
- Dijun — Father; Sixth Crow openly criticizes Dijun's abilities and formerly fought him into submission while consolidating control of the Demon Race. 67 132 133
- Taiyi — Uncle; Taiyi recognizes Sixth Crow's determination and helps restrain Dijun from interfering with his decisions. 67 87
- Kong Xuan — Fellow disciple and concerned senior brother; Kong Xuan protected Sixth Crow during his tribulation and tried to stop him from confronting the Witch Race alone. 50 118
- Zhao Gongming — Fellow disciple; Zhao Gongming learns Sixth Crow's identity as Daoist Lu Ya and later recognizes that his survival is crucial to both the Demon Race and Jie Sect. 84 102
- Li Pan — Ally and collaborator; Li Pan knows Sixth Crow's hidden history and later shares concerns with his clone about altered memories in the Three Realms. 132 158 159
- Pan Ling'er — Addressed him as “Sixth Uncle”; Sixth Crow treats her gently and gives her a protective feather fan. 130
- Dijiang — Witch Race opponent; Sixth Crow fought and defeated him after the Witch Race slaughtered Demon Race captives. 118 119
Story Role / Major Arcs
Rise as Daoist Lu Ya
Sixth Crow used the Immortal-Slaying Flying Knife and his superior strength to seize authority within the Demon Race. As Daoist Lu Ya, he rebuilt the Demon Court's administration, set rules for its tribes, created the Demon Script, and redirected the race away from immediate domination of the Primordial World. 74 132 133
Witch–Demon Conflict
Seeking to avert a future war, Sixth Crow sent Demon Race members to help the Witch Race with agriculture, livestock raising, and construction. This policy collapsed when he discovered the Witch Race massacring Demon Race members for blood sacrifice. 114 118
“If I don't take action today, I'm not worthy of being the king of the Demon Race.” 118
He answered with Golden Crow Turns Sun, unleashed mass flying-knife attacks, and defeated Dijiang in direct combat. Xuandu later intervened to stop the confrontation from escalating into a greater calamity, proposing a fighting-stage resolution instead. 118 119
Three Realms and the Arena Plan
Sixth Crow proposed a dedicated small world where different factions could resolve their conflicts without destabilizing the Primordial World. He envisioned Li Er as its owner, Li Pan as regulator of its laws, Yang Mei's clone as stabilizer of space, and Destiny and Time Demon God descendants as safeguards against cheating and delay. 141
He later volunteered to serve as an NPC or plot character in Li Er's planned Investiture of the Gods script, intending to secure benefits for the Demon Race. 147
Memory Crisis
While his clone acted as Heavenly Emperor in the Three Realms, it began to notice memory anomalies alongside Li Pan. The clone realized it had nearly forgotten that it was only a clone, raising fears that continued memory loss could erase identity and personality entirely. 158 159
After receiving intelligence from Nüwa about Hongjun's plans and the danger of cultivators merging with the Dao, Sixth Crow chose to hide in the Netherworld and await further instructions. 165
