After landing on the deck, Kyle headed toward the control room.

Velin came to the side of the ship, leaned against the railing, and gazed at the vast ocean with deep emotion.

The last time he had used the Star Moon Floating Airship was when returning from the La Romana Islands to the Sinapsis Subcontinent.

Before he knew it, nearly twenty years had passed.

"What, are you about to leave? Feeling a little reluctant?"

Lester came to Velin's side, placed his hands on the railing, looked at the distant birds, and asked with a smile.

"Forget it. Just think of it as me feeling sentimental."

As he spoke, Velin turned around and leaned back against the railing. Looking up at the sky, he asked, "After we get back, when do you plan to leave?"

"Three months," Lester replied. "Following you for over two years has been far more eventful than the past hundred years of my life."

A look of surprise appeared on Velin's face. "You figured it out?"

Lester smiled. "How should I put it?"

"You may have seen things I've seen, and you may also have seen things I haven't."

"Still, I've lived for several centuries and have plenty of life experience. Comparing things with records from ancient books and observing your actions, I could spot a few clues."

"I never thought the renowned Knight Lester had learned how to flatter people too."

"If you can change, why can't I?"
