Less than eight years remained until the land appeared, and less than five years remained before it was time to set the war chariot of Qixing Territory in motion.
Therefore, during these five years, Velin needed to complete the construction of the ten-thousand-meter-class Floating Battleship. Otherwise, once that deadline passed, he would no longer be able to focus wholeheartedly on construction.

Not long after returning to Star Moon Fort, Kyle brought the second batch of Spellcasters back to Qixing Territory.
At the Floating Battleship construction base, upon learning that Kyle had returned, Velin immediately set aside his work and headed for the study.
Pushing open the door, he found Kyle waiting in the study.
"How did things go during your time as an ambassador?"
Velin gestured for Kyle to sit, then fetched a bottle of Shining Wine. After filling a glass, he handed it to him.
Kyle accepted the glass and placed it on the low table before taking a seat. Looking at his lord, he began his report. "During these negotiations, the Aixi Magic Kingdom made considerable concessions on price. The prices of certain old Floating Battleships that had been sealed away were especially absurdly low."
"So I took the liberty of having the Dawn Church purchase another batch of Floating Battleships on our behalf."
"How many?" Velin asked curiously.
"There are eighty hundred-meter-class Floating Battleships: thirty Silver Fir II Floating Battleships, fifteen Siren II Floating Battleships, twenty-five Stone Raven Floating Battleships, and ten Kataf Floating Battleships."
"There are also thirty kilometer-class Floating Battleships: fifteen Hill III Floating Battleships, ten Sword-and-Shield II Floating Battleships, and five Arcane
