Velin rose to his feet. Only after watching Duke Moravia leave did he depart the garden and go looking for Xuemya.
He had barely left the garden when he spotted Laikaot sneaking around suspiciously.

A cold voice rang out. Velin immediately abandoned the idea of greeting him, concealed himself, and prepared to watch the show.

"I'll go with you," Melos replied expressionlessly.
"Actually, I don't feel like going for a stroll anymore. I want to go sunbathe by the sea and admire the scenery while I'm at it."

"I'm going to an open ball."

Meeting those utterly emotionless eyes, Laikaot knew she meant it. Even if he said he wanted to visit some indecent place, she would accompany him.
His fiancée was good in every way, except that she always liked making him accompany her in training.
Yet outside of training, she obeyed his every wish and satisfied whatever he wanted.
