"As for the target, it does not have to be their capital. Any city within their territory will do."

Velin turned to Kyle and said with a smile, "I think General Ignis is the most suitable person to handle this."
"It has been nearly three years since the war began, yet he has not earned a single merit. As Supreme Commander, I need to consider his feelings as well."
Upon hearing this, Kyle nodded in agreement.
Half an hour later, when the order reached the Floating Fleet Headquarters, Ignis did not hesitate in the slightest and immediately ordered the commanders of every Floating Fleet to assemble.
