After returning to Star Moon Fort, Velin had Kyle send people to contact the Silver Dragon Burke Kingdom, both to discuss selling Teleportation Arrays and to hand over Zeferus Territory.
"Morning Bay Territory in the Belfast Kingdom, and that island in the northern United Kingdom of Kols-how do you think I should handle those two places?" Velin asked Kyle, sitting at his desk with his hands clasped beneath his chin.
"My lord, have you forgotten that there are still some Black Asia Orcs in the army?"
At that, Velin suddenly remembered the eight-thousand-strong army of Black Asia Orcs he had recruited years ago. He immediately asked, "How many are left now?"
"Around three thousand," Kyle answered after thinking back for a moment.
"Then I'll give them that island. While I'm at it, I'll visit the United Kingdom of Kols and secure another three hundred years of protection for them," Velin said with a smile, leaning back against his chair.
"As for Morning Bay Territory..." Kyle rubbed his chin and slowly continued, "It sent a total of ten thousand troops over the course of this war. In more than twenty years of fighting, six thousand died in battle, of illness, or of old age. According to the Oversight Office's figures, of those still alive, more than three thousand have chosen to remain on the New Continent, over four hundred have chosen to retire and become adventurers, and over five hundred want to return to their homeland."
"Among those who wish to return home are one Gold Intermediate Knight, two Low-rank Gold Warriors, thirteen silver-rank transcendents, and eighty-seven bronze-rank transcendents. The rest are all Warrior Apprentices in their twilight years."
