Kyle crouched down, dug a deep pit with his bare hands, buried a Seed inside, then gathered soil and covered it over.

He then began channeling the power of light into the Seed.

Not knowing how much the Seed could withstand, Kyle was extremely careful with the flow, afraid he might burst it.

Velin sat nearby and observed carefully without interrupting Kyle.

"Waa waa waa waa!"

Suddenly, a strange sound rang out.

The next moment, the Seed buried underground popped out, formed a baby's face, stuck out its tongue, and ran away.

"What the hell is that?"

Velin sprang to his feet in shock, staring incredulously at the fleeing Seed.

Without hesitation, Kyle reached out to grab it, but caught nothing. Before either of them could react, the Flower of Decay's Seed vanished into thin air and appeared in the opposite direction.

Seeing this, Velin also joined the chase.

After an unknown amount of time, the Flower of Decay's Seed finally settled down, returned to the pit, and went to sleep.

Kyle and Velin returned to where they had started and stared at the snoring Seed, their heads full of questions.

"What a strange little thing."

"My lord, perhaps this is what makes the Flower of Decay unique. It is born like an infant, makes its first sound upon entering this world, and sleeps once it has tired itself out from playing."

"Forget it. As long as the Flower of Decay blooms peacefully." Velin dropped onto the ground. His body did not feel the slightest bit tired, but he felt mentally exhausted.

With his strength, he could run for over thirty hours straight without even panting, but mental exhaustion was true exhaustion.

Kyle stopped standing as well and sat on the ground. He carefully observed the sleeping Flower of Decay,
