After passing through the Kadlo Province Teleportation Array, several dozen people arrived in the Duke's Territory of Moravia.
As he left the Teleportation Hall, Velin watched Dragon Riders streak overhead, the Duke of Moravia's banner hanging from the tails of their dragons.
"Is this training, or a routine patrol?"
A middle-aged mage nearby heard him and kindly explained, "Sir, these Dragon Riders are conducting training in preparation for the Faith Holy War."
Hearing this, Velin turned to him and thanked him. "Mage, thank you for the explanation."

The middle-aged mage nodded amicably before leaving the Teleportation Hall.
Upon entering the main road and looking around, Velin found that there were an astonishing number of mages here. One out of every twenty pedestrians wore a Mage Robe. Although most were Mage Apprentices, it was still enough to show how attractive this city was to mages.
After having a guard find a local to lead the way, Velin took the group to the City Lord's Mansion.
"My lord, please stop." A Low-Silver Tier Warrior watched Velin approach and spoke to remind him.
Standing before the young captain of the guards, Velin said, "I am here to see City Lord Uleya. Please inform him. Just give him the name Velin Ex."
"My lord, please wait a moment."
The captain of the guards replied politely, then turned and entered the City Lord's Mansion.
Inside the City Lord's Mansion, a middle-aged man wore a worried expression as he watched the two High-Gold mages arguing before him. No matter which side he supported, it would be wrong.
"The North Luo Mage Tower has not been repaired for fifty years. This time, the Duke allocated repair funds for our two Mage Towers. We must receive twenty million Gold Coins."
