Stepping down from the floating platform, Velin held Xuemiyya's hand and entered the central Mage Tower with Kyle under the watchful gaze of two eight-meter-tall Elemental Knights.
Looking at the kindly old man before him, Velin bowed and said, "Grandfather."
"Grandfather." Xuemiyya released Velin's hand and bowed naturally, without the slightest trace of timidity in her eyes.

Moravia helped the three of them up, nodded kindly, then asked his grandson, "Velin, what made you willing to come see me?"
