When they were ten meters above the Dungeon City, they came to a steady stop in midair and looked down at the Magic Shield rising around it, red light flickering across its surface.

Kyle extended both hands and silently recited words Velin could not understand. Rainbow-colored magic gathered at his fingertips, then was drawn out into threads that flew into the Magic Shield and merged with it.

With a faint tremor, the surface of the Magic Shield slowly dissolved, revealing a passage wide enough for one person.
