The carriage door closed, and the carriage continued onward.
Half an hour later, outside White Night Flower Park, the four of them left the carriage and stood at the entrance.
Velin curiously surveyed the surroundings. The place felt desolate, with scarcely any sign of human presence.
"Knight Lester, is this the place?"
Hearing this, Lester nodded and replied, "This is the place."

Receiving Lester's confirmation, Velin was briefly at a loss for words, unsure what to say.
Put nicely, it could be called a park. Put bluntly, it was simply wilderness.
Since they were already here, they could hardly turn back now.
With that in mind, Velin walked into the overgrown White Night Flower Park.
Lester followed after him, his expression calm.
Seeing this, Kyle glanced at Kelly, who stood nearby looking somewhat uneasy, and softly said, "I'll bring up the rear."

Kelly answered, lowered her head, and followed along.
Inside the park, Velin finally found some traces of human activity.
Standing before a long-abandoned fountain, Velin raised his hand and said quietly, "Wither."
Green Magic Fluctuation spread outward from Velin in all directions.
In an instant, the flourishing weeds rapidly withered, decayed, and turned into soil.
After clearing the weeds within several hundred meters, Velin used a Cleansing Spell to drive away the filth.
Once he had finished, he looked at the fairly clean surroundings and felt much better.
Meanwhile, Lester walked alone to a crooked tree and quietly looked at the tender buds on its branches, seemingly lost in thought.
Walking behind them, Kyle caught sight of Lester from the corner of his eye. It was the first time he had seen Lester reveal such a longing gaze, and he silently remembered the scene.
It seemed this Dawn Knight also had a past unknown to
