Velin and Kyle married, visited the Hainas Mermaid Kingdom, and secured land for teleportation arrays. Back in Qixing Territory, Velin began assembling a 350,000-strong army and fleet for the New Continent campaign, while Kyle received a troubling memory orb from Isadora.

• Velin married Kyle and Lyanna under the Goddess of Life’s blessing, then led his family and companions to the Hainas Mermaid Kingdom, where Tia reunited with Odor and Theolis granted Velin a border lease for teleportation arrays.
• Velin and Kyle returned to land, reunited with their family, and established plans for teleportation arrays with Duke Moravia, who showed Velin the islands intended to support his army and fleet.
• Velin activated the arrays with Kyle and Odor, then planned a 350,000-strong campaign force and recruited Orlando to command its preliminary organization, with Devonshire as deputy and Ignatius as adviser.
• Velin approved Orlando’s proposal to use Ilia Kingdom’s military system as a foundation for reorganizing the troops and preparing to establish a nation.

Velin reorganized Qixing Territory’s forces into the Qixing Army and prepared them for war as a new continent descended into Reality Space. The First Corps landed in Baimu Province and began its assault on Luohai Port City, suffering heavy losses before Iden ordered a retreat.

• Kyle brought Iletos and the Holy Dragon Kingdom’s reinforcements to Qixing Territory, where Velin organized the troops into two legions under Blake and Iletos.
• Velin reorganized Qixing Territory’s forces, welcomed Angus’s returning clan members, and sent the army into the Mercier Demiplane.
• Velin assembled the allied forces as the Qixing Army, named himself Supreme Commander, and assigned commanders to its corps, Mage Legions, Knight Legions, and Floating Fleet.

Iden and the First Corps captured Luohai City and Bados City, while Sigrin uncovered a hidden enemy force and Velin rewarded him for the intelligence. As the Okra Kingdom mobilized and the First Corps expanded its campaign, the story left Greg’s forces fighting the Noble Allied Army outside Bados City.

• Iden’s forces captured Luohai City, and Iden killed General Red after the Holy Blood Shield failed and the city center was devastated.
• Velin ordered the First Corps to assess Aerans, spread the Goddess of Life’s faith, and punish soldiers who killed innocents, while Greg and Bamund passed the orders to their commanders.
• Sigrin infiltrated Black Abyss Town and discovered at least sixty thousand enemy troops and several ships, then Verlit submitted Raphael’s plan to gather the Native Kingdom’s forces around Bados City for a decisive battle.

The Qixing Army crushed the Okra Kingdom’s defenses, captured several provinces, and launched a broader invasion while Velin pursued a decisive victory. The arc ended with Kyle killing a Balrog Flame Demon and Severan Olak investigating the devastation at the Babula Fortress Group.

• Greg routed the Noble Allied Army, while Zohir carried Marquis Saloto away and began leading the Saloto guards south.
• Liana Okla abandoned the counteroffensive, and Orlando’s forces captured Black Abyss Town before taking Baimu, North River Valley, and South River Valley Provinces.
• Orlando distributed part of the campaign’s spoils and assigned the legions to defend the captured provinces as the Okra Kingdom prepared a counterattack.
• Velin received envoys from the Ansier Archipelago duchies and agreed to trade with their five-nation alliance.
