Arc 76The Ice and Ash War

The Qixing Army crushed the Okra Kingdom’s defenses, captured several provinces, and launched a broader invasion while Velin pursued a decisive victory. The arc ended with Kyle killing a Balrog Flame Demon and Severan Olak investigating the devastation at the Babula Fortress Group.

  • Greg routed the Noble Allied Army, while Zohir carried Marquis Saloto away and began leading the Saloto guards south.
  • Liana Okla abandoned the counteroffensive, and Orlando’s forces captured Black Abyss Town before taking Baimu, North River Valley, and South River Valley Provinces.
  • Orlando distributed part of the campaign’s spoils and assigned the legions to defend the captured provinces as the Okra Kingdom prepared a counterattack.
  • Velin received envoys from the Ansier Archipelago duchies and agreed to trade with their five-nation alliance.
  • Ilisis launched attacks across three provinces, and the Twelfth Legion captured Born Port City and Five Rock City as surrendered Okra Kingdom troops joined the Qixing Army.
  • Velin ordered the Third Corps to invade Xinia Province, while Silas’s fleet attacked the Babula Fortress Group and destroyed much of its garrison with a lava strike.
  • Robus Okra sacrificed his soul to release a Demon Lord Incarnation, and the demon devastated the Silver Wing Sky Fleet before Miserandor and Qixing forces drove it toward the ocean.
  • Kyle and Duke Moravia trapped the Balrog Flame Demon in a Spatial Cage, and Kyle annihilated its soul after it escaped, and Severan Olak then investigated the wreckage and corpses at Babula Fortress Group.
Chapters 1878–1902 Vol. 19 Read

Ch. 1878Marquis Saloto's Awakening, the Illegitimate Son Who Wanted to Be an Insider

The Noble Allied Army collapsed into a rout, and Zohir escaped with his father, Marquis Saloto. Zohir learned that the Saloto Family might survive only by carefully becoming an insider, while Greg occupied the enemy camp and began examining its intelligence.

  • Greg ordered his forces to flank the retreating Noble Allied Army, which soon broke into a complete rout.
  • Zohir carried Marquis Saloto away from the battlefield, discarded the family's identifying clothes and banners, and led their guards south into the forest.
  • Marquis Saloto told Zohir he would put the Saloto Family in his hands, while Zohir kept secret his belief that the family might need to surrender and become insiders.
  • Greg entered the captured command tent and began reading its documents for information about the enemy army.

Ch. 1879Slaughtering Every Living Soul Where Any Land Is Abandoned Without Fights

Greg learned that forty thousand noble troops had been assembled to retake Bados City, while the Okra Kingdom’s forces suffered severe shortages across several provinces. Isolde ordered mass conscription and threatened to slaughter anyone in lands abandoned without a fight, as the First Corps prepared for the war’s most intense phase.

  • Greg ordered Bailes to send disguised soldiers to gather intelligence near Bados City and tasked Celik with capturing enemy officers during an overnight pursuit.
  • Greg sent sealed letters by Griffin Knight to three military command departments.
  • Isolde, facing troop shortages and territorial losses, ordered people across Baimu Province, North River Valley Province, and South River Valley Province conscripted or relocated.
  • Isolde added an order to slaughter every living soul in any land abandoned without a fight and declared that he alone would bear the blame.
  • Orlando and Ignatius discussed the advancing war, while Iletos proposed a raid on Black Abyss Town and Orlando advised waiting.

Ch. 1880Exhausted Xuemiyya

Velin discussed the war and logistics with Kyle and Xuemiyya at the Supreme Command on the Sixth Teleportation Island. Xuemiyya explained how supplies could support a prolonged campaign, then fell asleep in Velin’s arms while he stayed on the observation deck.

  • Velin declined the Second Corps’ request to enter the battle, saying the battlefield was too small to deploy more troops.
  • Kyle told Velin that Angus and the Third Corps were following his orders.
  • Xuemiyya reported that the First Corps had used one-third of the supplies on the Sixth Teleportation Island and that special supplies at the Thousand Wind Great Camp were limited.
  • Xuemiyya outlined plans to establish a local supply system after capturing three provinces and said logistics could support a prolonged war if they occupied half of the Okra Kingdom.
  • Velin comforted Xuemiyya as she rested, then laid her on a lounge chair with a blanket and returned to speak with Kyle.

Ch. 1881Okra Kingdom's Counterattack

As Okra Kingdom’s forces suffered heavy losses across several provinces, Liana Okla ordered the Ashes Legion to withdraw and took command of a desperate campaign of harassment and destruction. Orlando recognized the change in enemy leadership and prepared an attack on Black Abyss Town, allowing Iletos to join the fighting.

  • From April through June, Okra Kingdom’s armies suffered a series of defeats, losing hundreds of thousands of elite and conscripted soldiers.
  • Isolde reported the dire state of the remaining forces to Liana Okla, who decided to abandon the counteroffensive and preserve the Ashes Legion.
  • Isolde led about fifty thousand Ashes Legion soldiers and the Sky Silver Wing Fleet out through Black Abyss Town’s hidden tunnels.
  • Liana Okla abandoned most cities, split her forces into small units to attack supply lines, and lifted restrictions that had prevented second-line troops from massacring villages and destroying towns.
  • Orlando concluded that the enemy commander had changed and called a strategic conference to plan an attack on Black Abyss Town.
  • Iletos asked to fight in the attack without commanding troops, and Orlando, Ignatius, and Devonshire approved.

Ch. 1882A Planeswalker's Life Experiences

Velin learned of a hidden Demiplane beneath the Okra Kingdom's royal capital and weighed its promise against the risks of destroying the kingdom too quickly. Meanwhile, the First Corps completed its plans for the assault on Black Abyss Town, leaving Iletos to participate in the battle without taking command.

  • Velin read Orlando's report on Isatos's proposed operation and reflected on the Auxiliary Armies formed during the war.
  • Fate Guidance revealed that a hidden Demiplane beneath the Okra Kingdom's royal capital contained the life experiences of a High-tier Legendary Traveler Mage.
  • Velin resolved to destroy the Okra Kingdom within ten years and planned further campaigns while avoiding overextending his forces and supplies.
  • At the Bados City Lord's Mansion, commanders from six legions and supporting units finalized plans for a hundred-thousand-strong assault on Black Abyss Town.
  • Iletos approved the plan, assigned Verlit and Greg to command the battle, and watched Verlit announce the deployments to the assembled officers.

Ch. 1883Traitor?

An army of one hundred thousand attacked Black Abyss Town, and Liana led the Eclipse Legion’s doomed resistance in the caverns while suspecting betrayal within the Okra Kingdom’s ranks. After sending Jana to warn her royal brother and killing her own guards, Liana emerged from the caverns and clashed with Isatos.

  • A hundred-thousand-strong army attacked Black Abyss Town, and Liana ordered the sixty thousand troops in the caverns to fight to the death.
  • The enemy overwhelmed the thirty thousand surface defenders and bombarded the underground caverns, killing thousands of soldiers.
  • Liana suspected Heiji, Chaos, or Isolde of betraying the Okra Kingdom and sent Jana through a secret passage to warn her royal brother.
  • Liana killed the guards beside her, lamenting that she had destroyed the last seeds of the Eclipse Legion.
  • Fifth Legion warriors entered the caverns to hunt survivors, and Liana flew out to face Isatos in battle.

Ch. 1884Black Abyss Battle Concludes—Enormous Gains

After Iletos defeated Liana and the First Corps finished conquering the Okra Kingdom’s provinces, the Black Abyss Battle ended with enormous casualties and spoils. At the campaign review, Orlando reported the army’s losses and the 285.4 billion gold coins’ worth of wealth seized.

  • Liana let Iletos’s flames consume her, and Isatos chased one of two fleeing enemies while General Aurelian pursued the other.
  • The Fifth Legion eliminated the remaining Okra Kingdom troops beneath Black Abyss Town, and the battle there ended on the morning of the third day.
  • Okra Kingdom forces surrendered across the provinces, and the First Corps captured Baimu, North River Valley, and South River Valley Provinces by August 11.
  • In mid-September, Orlando convened the First Corps commanders and announced the campaign’s duration, casualties, enemy losses, and seized wealth.
  • Iletos read the spoils list and calculated that its value equaled 2,942,500 High-grade Magic Crystals, though the wealth belonged to the Qixing Army.

Ch. 1885Conclusion of the Black Abyss Battle - Spoils Distribution

Orlando announced how the Black Abyss Battle spoils would be distributed, then outlined the next campaign, regional defenses, and the formation of five local Aeran legions. The meeting ended at dawn, leaving the commanders to carry out the Supreme Command’s orders.

  • Orlando announced that one-tenth of the harvested wealth would be distributed, with the Seventh Legion receiving three-tenths of the reward pool for its service.
  • Orlando explained that the Supreme Commander had limited early distributions to preserve later spoils and motivate the legions.
  • Orlando ordered the Second Corps to lead the Ice Ash Battle and assigned legions and mage corps to defend Baimu Province, North River Valley Province, and South River Valley Province.
  • Orlando announced that 300,000 Aerans would be organized into five local legions within three years and warned the generals to meet his expectations.
  • Orlando concluded the meeting at dawn and reminded the commanders to distribute spoils without allowing their troops to make trouble.

Ch. 1886The Counterattack Plan of the Okra Kingdom

Iletos received a reward for joining the war independently, while the Okra Kingdom began preparing to retake its three lost provinces. King Oleus approved a massive military campaign and ordered continued surveillance of Isolde, whose loyalty remained uncertain.

  • Orlando told Iletos that the Supreme Command had awarded him five hundred thousand gold coins and required approval before he fought independently again.
  • The Okra Kingdom’s nobles concluded their feast as reforms began, freeing serfs and launching plans to expand the army.
  • King Oleus and the twelve dukes agreed to attack the forces occupying Baimu Province, North River Valley Province, and South River Valley Province by April with more than 1.4 million troops and over two hundred sky battleships.
  • Oleus asked a young agent about Isolde’s loyalty, then ordered him to continue monitoring her and report every three days.

Ch. 1887Envoy Delegation

Velin reviewed and approved the Qixing Army’s plan for the Ice Ash Campaign, adding a deadline so his forces could seize the initiative against the Okra Kingdom. An envoy delegation from five southern duchies arrived to meet him, hoping to establish contact and explore trade, and its leaders were escorted toward the island’s center.

  • Velin assessed three possible responses from the Okra Kingdom and approved a plan to destroy at least eight of its remaining field legions.
  • Velin added a time limit to the strategic plan so the Qixing Army could choose when to act, then learned from Kyle that an envoy delegation had arrived.
  • Velin ordered a battalion to serve as an honor guard and instructed Kyle to receive the envoys in the main hall.
  • The five High-tier Soul Intent Transcendents leading the delegation discussed their weak prospects for trade and agreed that establishing contact with Velin was their main purpose.
  • A Low-rank Gold Knight escorted the five delegation leaders from their estate toward the center of the island.

Ch. 1888Qixing–Five Nations Allied Forces Hundred-Year Trade Agreement

Velin received envoys from the five southern duchies, agreed to trade with their alliance, and ordered Kyle to watch the nearby seas for new forces. Half a month later, the Qixing Army and the five-nation allied forces signed a hundred-year trade agreement that gave Qixing priority purchasing rights and control over price changes.

  • Simos introduced himself and the four other envoys from the Ansier Archipelago duchies, then reported that their allied forces had secured a foothold in southern Sylphrene Kingdom.
  • Velin asked Simos to change employers, but Simos declined because he had sworn loyalty to the Grand Duke of Kesanadu.
  • Velin agreed to trade with the five-nation allied forces and told Kyle to negotiate normally, accepting whatever concessions they offered.
  • Velin reasoned that the five Legends were seeking protection by aligning themselves with him and Grandfather, and he asked Kyle to watch the nearby seas for new forces.
  • Half a month later, Ignis and Simos signed the Qixing–Five Nations Allied Forces Hundred-Year Trade Agreement, granting the Qixing Army priority purchasing rights and requiring its consent for price changes.

Ch. 1889Battle of Ice and Ashes—Pre-Battle Conference

Ilisis outlined the Second Corps’ three-pronged invasion of Valoran Province, Windy Breath Province, and Green Field Province, followed by a campaign to exhaust the Okra Kingdom’s forces. After the meeting, he told his senior officers that Velin required them to destroy eight regular legions and revealed that the floating fleets and Magic Puppet legions would be sent to Thornstein Province.

  • The secretary reported enemy troop estimates and warned that the Okra Kingdom could send heavy reinforcements within a month.
  • Ilisis assigned Iorisis to lead the Left Army into Valoran Province, took command of the Middle Army landing in Windy Breath Province, and placed Oster in command of the Right Army attacking Green Field Province.
  • Ilisis ordered the armies to rendezvous at the three-province junction, then bleed the Okra Kingdom’s forces and use incorporated enemy troops to form an Auxiliary Army.
  • Ilisis appointed Miyali to oversee headquarters and secure the supply routes with the Sixth Legion, then dismissed the generals.
  • After the public meeting, Ilisis told Iorisis, Oster, and Miyali that Velin demanded the destruction of eight regular Okra Kingdom legions.
  • Ilisis said the Second and Third Floating Fleets and two Magic Puppet legions would be deployed to Thornstein Province, prompting Iorisis to ask whether Velin had chosen the plan.

Ch. 1890The Battle of Ice and Ash—Ilyss's Strategic Vision

Ilisis outlined a campaign to capture Thornstein Province and eventually seize most of the Okra Kingdom, while Miyali stayed behind as the three armies departed. Ilisis's fleet launched an attack on Born Port City, where poor defenses and a devastating cannon barrage left the city exposed.

  • Ilisis proposed capturing Thornstein Province during the Battle of Ice and Ash, then using the advance to begin a Nation-Destroying War against the Okra Kingdom.
  • Oster, Iorisis, and the Middle Army departed with their forces, while Miyali remained behind and spent the night with Vitris.
  • Ilisis ordered Silvio and the Twelfth Legion to land near Born Port City before dawn.
  • The Governor of Born Port City hurried to activate the Holy Blood Shield as General Bayork tried to organize the city's lax defenses.
  • General Livio ordered the city gates closed after learning Governor Erian had fled to protect the governor.
  • The Magic Energy Cannons bombarded Born Port City, destroying a third of its walls and killing or wounding more than half the soldiers on them.

Ch. 1891The Battle of Ice Ashes—Windy Breath Province's Crushing Defeat (Part 1)

The Twelfth Legion invaded Born Port City, whose defenders surrendered with little resistance as the army pushed into the streets. Governor fled to seek aid, while Erian abandoned the defense and left Karl holding the title of Defending General; Karl prepared to surrender too.

  • The young general surrendered to the Twelfth Legion, and the soldiers under his command laid down their weapons.
  • Twelfth Legion troops entered Born Port City while civilians hid indoors, and the city’s defenders watched without being detained.
  • The Holy Blood Shield activated after the invaders had captured part of the city, but an officer reported the breach to the Governor of Born Port City.
  • The Governor fled toward the City Lord’s Mansion to seek aid, and Erian appointed Karl as the Defending General before leaving.
  • A Level Five warrior told the soldiers that Erian had run away, prompting nearly all of them to surrender as Karl prepared to throw down his sword.

Ch. 1892The Battle of Ice Ashes—Windy Breath Province's Great Defeat (Part Two)

The Twelfth Legion captured Born Port City, while Erian betrayed the fleeing governor and helped Shadow’s assassins abduct him. The next morning, Ilisis arrived and Leander ordered most of the legion’s units to spread out into the surrounding towns.

  • The Twelfth Legion stormed Square Tower, took Karl and the other defenders prisoner, and captured Born Port City within six hours.
  • Erian drugged the Governor of Born Port City during their escape, then signaled Shadow and her assassins to intercept the carriage.
  • Owl killed the Level Eight guard and devoured his soul, while Shadow’s assassins slaughtered the other guards and carried off the unconscious governor.
  • Shadow warned Owl to leave the Okra Kingdom, but he refused; two shadow assassins watched the group, and one stayed behind to follow them.
  • Ilisis arrived in Born Port City the next morning and told Leander to be more flexible in war and to stop sparing places outside the captured city.
  • Leander ordered all units except the First and Second Battalions to operate freely for five days, and several units departed for nearby towns.

Ch. 1893Ice Ash Battle—Windy Breath Province's Great Rout (Part 2)

General Caus ordered Vesper’s surrendered Aeran troops to capture Five Rock City, while his brother-in-law supervised them and enforced the order. The assault reached the walls, where Vesper fought Knight Lyra, and Priest Brend joined the battle against her.

  • General Caus confronted Vesper over his claim that Five Rock City would surrender and ordered him to capture it within three hours.
  • General Caus reprimanded his brother-in-law for questioning orders, then sent him to supervise the attack and kill retreating Aeran soldiers.
  • Vesper rallied the Aeran faction leaders, and over four thousand troops formed up for the assault.
  • The Sixth Battalion’s Spellcasters raised a siege slope, and supervising soldiers cut down conscripts who tried to flee the walls.
  • Vesper fought Knight Lyra on the city wall, and Priest Brend asked General Caus for permission to join the battle against her.

Ch. 1894The Battle of Ice Ash—Windy Breath Province's Crushing Defeat (Final)

The Qixing Army rapidly captured Five Rock City as Windy Breath Province’s defenses collapsed, while Reverend Brend fought the silver-haired Holy Knight and tried to convert her. Ilisis reported the province’s defeat and requested troops and a legion designation to manage the occupied territory and reorganize surrendered forces.

  • Reverend Brend stopped the silver-haired woman from killing the middle-aged commander, who then left with renewed faith in the Goddess of Life.
  • The Qixing Army captured Five Rock City, and Brend used a divine spell to calm its soldiers after their discipline broke down.
  • The silver-haired woman challenged Brend to a duel, offering to surrender if he defeated her and threatening to kill him if he failed.
  • Caus Ex entered Five Rock City, took control from its lord, and ordered him to maintain order by dawn.
  • Ilisis reported that one-quarter of Windy Breath Province had fallen and requested one hundred thousand Auxiliary Army troops and a legion designation for reorganizing the surrendered Okra Kingdom troops.

Ch. 1895The Third Corps Takes the Field Early

Velin advanced the Nation-Destroying War by ordering the Third Corps to land in Xinia Province and launch the Youyu Battle. The Third Corps prepared to join the ongoing campaign as Ilisis adjusted the Second Corps’ operations to support the invasion.

  • Velin ordered the Third Corps to land in Xinia Province and cut off the Okra Kingdom’s retreat eastward, bringing the Nation-Destroying War forward by five years.
  • Kyle drafted Velin’s orders and sent them to the Third Corps headquarters at Thousand Wind Great Camp.
  • Angus received the order, but Duke Moravia sent him into the trial space for several days of special training and gave the Third Corps three hundred Element Knight puppets.
  • Ilisis reviewed the Youyu Battle plan and ordered the Second Corps to advance into Twilight Province and Green Field Province while coordinating with the Third Corps.
  • Ilisis ordered the Aeran Luohai Army Corps to land in Green Field Province, borrowed a hundred thousand Auxiliary Army soldiers, and directed the Twelfth Legion to prepare the Aeran forces for battle.

Ch. 1896Annihilation Battle of the Babula Fortress Group (Part 1)

Angus ordered the Third Corps to begin landing in Xinia Province while a floating-fleet task force moved to strike the Babula Fortress Group. The chapter ended as the fortress commander rushed to the command center after the fleet’s first attack shook the underground complex.

  • Angus ordered the Third Corps’ legions to land at five ports in Xinia Province and aimed to take its capital within seven days.
  • Angus and Ankrol Moravia agreed to meet for drinks, confident that the landing operation faced no serious obstacles.
  • Silas led 180 Floating Battleships toward the Babula Fortress Group to support the Third Corps and gather intelligence near Okra Province.
  • Silas ordered the fleet to follow the battle plan and bombard the area before dawn.
  • The Babula Fortress garrison sounded the alarm after spotting the Silver Wing Sky Fleet, and the fortress commander ran toward the command center after an explosion shook the underground complex.

Ch. 1897Babula Fortress Group Annihilation Battle (Part Two)

The Sixth Floating Fleet bombarded the Babula Fortress Group until its Holy Blood Shields shattered, then sent Magic Puppets underground to destroy the garrison. With reinforcements hours away and the defenders resisting fiercely, Silas ordered another devastating spell barrage.

  • The garrison general ordered the troops into the underground passages and sent word of the attack to the royal capital as the fleet's flaming spears battered the Holy Blood Shields.
  • After the seventh round of strikes shattered the shields, Silas deployed six thousand Magic Puppets to clear the underground passages before dawn.
  • Six Magic Puppets killed more than a hundred soldiers defending a cave entrance, while the garrison general learned that reinforcements would take at least three hours to arrive.
  • The garrison general rejected a suggestion to surrender and ordered his generals to hold the Babula Fortress Group for their families.
  • As high-level professionals slowed and pushed back the Magic Puppets, Silas ordered their withdrawal and prepared a large-scale spell to turn the ground into lava.

Ch. 1898Battle of Annihilation at the Babula Fortress Group (Part Two)

Silas’s forces devastated the Babula Fortress Group with coordinated lava strikes, forcing the surviving defenders to flee or die. The fortress garrison general said farewell to Yala and left to face the battle, as the Silver Wing Sky Fleet arrived and was surrounded by the three floating fleets.

  • Silas ordered the magic puppets to retreat while the Fourth and Fifth Floating Fleets prepared large-scale lava spells.
  • The fortress garrison general recognized the retreat as a trap and ordered his remaining soldiers to withdraw underground before the strikes hit.
  • The lava attacks killed over fifty thousand soldiers underground, leaving a little over three thousand who had reached deeper passages.
  • The fortress garrison general sent the remaining commanders away through a secret path, then visited Yala’s sealed chamber and burned her body before returning to the battle.
  • The Silver Wing Sky Fleet arrived with eighty floating battleships and was surrounded by the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Floating Fleets.

Ch. 1899Demon Lord Incarnation Breaking Free

As the Okra Kingdom’s forces were overwhelmed by the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Floating Fleets, Robus Okra sacrificed his soul to release the Demon Lord Incarnation Banuka. The fleets began retreating as Miserandor charged Banuka to buy them time.

  • The Okra Kingdom’s warriors and Silver Wing Sky Fleet suffered devastating losses against the Soul Intent Transcendents and their Floating Battleships.
  • Robus Okra opened a wooden box and sacrificed his soul to break the chains sealing a Demon Lord Incarnation within a black pendant.
  • As the chains broke, Demonic Power corrupted the flagship, Banuka emerged, and the dying Robus watched him claim the pendant.
  • Silas ordered the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Floating Fleets to retreat independently, while Banuka delayed his attack to savor their fear.
  • Miserandor sent three High-tier Soul Intent Transcendents to escape and report what had happened, then charged Banuka to hold him off.

Ch. 1900The Demon Lord Reduced to a "Prisoner"

Miserandor weakened the Demon Lord inside a space that limited his power, while Kyle and Duke Moravia prepared Angus and Ankrol to help fight it. As the Demon Lord reached the ocean, Kyle and Duke Moravia sealed a vast area with Space Chains, trapping it before it could escape.

  • The Demon Lord failed to summon his servants, and Miserandor destroyed its corrupted flagship and struck it with Light Spears.
  • The Demon Lord realized its power was restricted and fled north, while Miserandor followed and reported its movements to Kyle.
  • Kyle and Duke Moravia learned that the Demon was nearing the ocean, and Duke Moravia teleported Angus and Ankrol to join them.
  • Duke Moravia gave Angus and Ankrol Semi-Epic Magic Items and ordered them to help fight the Demon without telling anyone.
  • The Demon Lord crossed into the ocean, but Kyle and Duke Moravia sealed off more than ten thousand square kilometers with Space Chains, trapping it.

Ch. 1901Annihilation

Kyle and Duke Moravia watched Angus, Ankrol, and Miserandor battle the Balrog Flame Demon and his summoned servants. Kyle killed the Demon after discovering that his connection to Banuka had vanished, then rewarded the victors with purple orbs of light before they returned.

  • Duke Moravia sent Angus, Ankrol, and Miserandor to fight the Balrog Flame Demon inside the Spatial Cage.
  • The Balrog Flame Demon burned part of his soul to summon nine Soul Blighter servants, who attacked the three fighters while he tried to break free.
  • Duke Moravia prepared a barrier outside the Spatial Cage, and Kyle agreed to kill the Demon once he escaped.
  • After breaking out, the Balrog Flame Demon discovered that he had lost his connection to Banuka, and Kyle revealed that Banuka had helped him become a Continental Legend.
  • Kyle annihilated the Balrog Flame Demon's soul, and Miserandor, Angus, and Ankrol destroyed the servants left behind.
  • Kyle gave Miserandor one purple orb of light and divided the remaining orbs between himself and Duke Moravia as the group prepared to return.

Ch. 1902Commoner Princess

Severan Olak led her knights to investigate a crashed Silver Wing Sky Fleet battleship near the Babula Fortress Group and discovered more than a thousand dead soldiers underground. Their condition suggested a brutal battle followed by a force that killed most of them instantly.

  • Silas thanked Miserandor for saving the fleets, then ordered them to rest before heading south to conduct reconnaissance and deterrence operations toward Okra Province.
  • Severan Olak arrived at the wreckage of a Sky Battleship with her two hundred and thirteen knights and identified it as a vessel from the Silver Wing Sky Fleet.
  • Severan searched the wreckage, found a dead Spellcaster with a family photograph, and returned the photograph to the corpse before continuing her investigation.
  • A knight led Severan to an entrance to the Babula Fortress Group, where she found more than a thousand corpses, most intact and without obvious external wounds.
