• Velin reconciled with Angus, planted a Golden Apple Tree at White Rock Plantation, and chose Moonwater Manor as his own.
• Velin visited Blood Moon Castle, sold ten thousand bottles of Ice Blue Magic Potion to a Kube noble, and met a silver-haired masked girl at Summer Dream Lake.
• Velin reached Rando City, bought a house, and found the Stranger’s Druid's Book and a Key-shaped Seed in an underground chamber.
• Velin returned to his territory, learned that its population had nearly reached eighty thousand, and began preparing for war and a title promotion.

Velin led the Thirteenth Transport Battalion through dangerous supply missions while strengthening his ties with family and allies. After a conspiracy was exposed at Baxia Great Camp, he returned home to develop his territory and prepare his followers for new opportunities.

• Velin reached Baxia Camp, reunited with Bamund, and later hosted a family banquet before taking command of the Thirteenth Transport Battalion.
• Velin trained his troops and led them through a monster ambush to deliver urgent supplies to the Sixth Legion, where he met his relatives and sold them potions.
• Velin completed further transport missions, sold potions to Algenon Barrit, and learned that Krell was arranging exchanges between legions.
• After Velin warned Bamund about a danger in Baxia Great Camp, divine light exposed Spirits of Curse, more than a hundred aristocrats died, and the Hax Family faced investigation.
• Velin recommended twenty noble youths for reserve positions in the Sixteenth Silver Knight Order, then brought home three mutated griffin chicks and planned their care.
• Velin and Andrew founded Blue Gauze Town, while Velin asked Aljettah to try making thread from Green Vine Sap.

Velin developed his territory, pursued the truth behind Devonshire’s past, and brought new allies and discoveries home. The arc ended with Aljettah identifying an Ancient Magic Device as part of a legendary World-Destroying Artifact and agreeing to translate books found in Velin’s treasure chest.

• Velin awakened the Life-Death Cycle Soul Skill after meeting a Dream Spirit, then experimented with its ability to draw life force from its targets.
• Velin visited his promoted uncles at the banquet, received a Spatial Ring and valuable books and seeds from Ignatius, and watched Hebrew, Cassius, and Doxius compete in exhibition duels.

• Velin and Kyle escaped Kaohsiung Territory, found Mermaid Pearls and locked chests near Jolika Town, and took Eleanor and her husband Kelt under Velin’s protection.

Velin expanded Qixing Territory’s academies, trade, and military training while recruiting priests, mages, and experienced leaders. He then joined Isis in planning a profitable response to Kuber’s coming defeat and received two Shadow Guards before continuing his training at Xili Great Camp.

• Aljettah and Velin opened the treasure chests, found an Extraordinary Grade Tower Spirit Core and other unmarked treasures, and agreed she would help establish a trade route in the Silver Dragon Burke Kingdom.
• Velin invited Lavia to build a Priest Academy, and Lavia and Hebrew recruited priests and brought Devonshire and a large group of newcomers to Qixing Territory.
• Velin established roles for Devonshire and the priests, promised equipment for the Ice Bear Knight Order, and welcomed Drien Ovich and eight other mages to Star Prayer Town.
• Velin developed trade in Black-skinned Meat Pigs, Glowing Wine, potions, Cloud Smoke Fruits, and Boiling Blood Potion, while Qixing Territory’s academies attracted nobles and talented commoners.
• Velin reorganized Star Prayer Town into Star Prayer City with North Star Town and South Star Town, arranged academy admissions and training, and signed a five-year potion agreement with Hook.
• At Baxia Great Camp, Velin redeemed a Sacred Heart Moon Flower and shared Burborn’s medicinal wine with Krell and Alva, then tasked Duke with buying properties in Maple City.
