• Velin became president of the United Merchant Association, then used his alias Isis to aid the struggling North Wind Adventure Team and later learned they had disrupted a Withering Cult ritual.
• Velin visited Risis in Huofeng Territory and joined the campaign against the Wind Wolves, earning two wolf cubs after the threat was defeated.
• At the West Wind Palace banquet, Velin reunited with Xuemiyya Silvis and learned about the Axi Magic Kingdom, while the brothers confirmed their deal had earned about eight hundred and forty million Gold Coins.
• Angus offered Velin a path to become a Viscount and promised family troops for a future conflict, while Velin received 126 million Gold Coins and returned to Cadro Province.
• Velin bought streets, a manor, and land for Qixing Territory, distributed funding among its towns, and ordered plans for a New Castle and an assassin training program.

Velin advanced from building Qixing Territory’s forces to joining the expedition against Duke Bohan’s Country, where he captured Fire Leaf City and amassed its immense wealth. He left the Hens Family governing the territory under Southern Army allegiance, then turned his attention to finding Belder a wife.

• Velin became a Gold Knight, recruited O'dor Kadra, and won approval for roads, grain warehouses, and environmental management at the Cadro Province council.
• Velin developed Qixing Territory by hiring O'dor to build Elemental Knights and expand the Underground World array, while Eunice designed a new castle and Belder began expanding the army and population.
• Velin’s forces lured six Monster Clans into attacking a camp with a fake treasure hoard, then Orlando and Hebrew routed the monsters with four hundred knights.
• As Kaiya and Allen fought over Grand Duke Bohan’s succession, Velin left Qixing Territory and joined Angus’s expedition, taking command of five thousand troops under deputy commander Draide.
• Velin’s army marched into Duke Bohan’s Country, captured Fire Fish Town, and rapidly advanced on Fire Leaf City despite its defensive curtain and preparations.
• Draide destroyed Fire Leaf City’s cannons and magical defenses, and Velin took control of the city and Fire Leaf Territory after Donk Horens surrendered.

Velin helped capture North Yi City, discovered a Demiplane, and fought in the campaigns across Chris Province and South Desalin Province. After subduing Songshi Territory and turning its assets into immense wealth, he returned to Angus and was welcomed by Sirid as his grandson.

• Velin and Draide besieged North Yi City, defeated its defenders, and Velin helped three counts regain their territories in exchange for loyalty and wealth.
• Angus joined Velin beneath North Yi Palace and opened a Demiplane containing precious plants and a Life Mother Tree, then stayed behind to connect with it.
• Velin fought in the counteroffensive across South Desalin Province and later battled Shank’s forces at White Fish Plain, while Angus trained him during the ensuing lull.
• After Sirid retook the Royal Capital of the Duchy of Bohan, Angus appointed Velin to arrest rebel nobles and confiscate their estates in South Desalin Province.
• Kexia betrayed Keloai during the Blood Sacrifice, killed her mother, sacrificed thirty thousand people, and rose to High-Gold as Velin’s army marched toward Songshi City.
• Velin restored order in Songshi City and, with Kyle, sold confiscated property and military assets for more than 1.5 billion Gold Coins before handing the city to Heloise.
• Velin returned to Angus with forty-one and a half Battle Merit, then attended Sirid’s victory banquet, where Sirid welcomed him as his grandson.

Velin returned from the war, developed Qixing Territory, and became its Viscount while O'dor conquered much of the Underground World. The arc left Velin preparing to recruit the Silver Wolf Tribe and plan the underground territory's development.

• Angus revealed how he had helped Sirid and advised Velin to build his own influence, while Velin and Kyle explored the Royal Capital and watched an opera performance.
• Kyle received an Angel's Heart that raised him to High-Gold Knight, and Velin returned to Qixing Territory with the surviving members of the Third Camp after distributing rewards to them.
• Velin reviewed Qixing Territory's growth, appointed governors for its counties, expanded the castle's defenses, and welcomed Captain Lester's team for his promotion review.
• The king's projection invested Velin as Viscount of Qixing Territory, and Velin moved into the New Castle, which Elisa named Star Moon Castle.
• At Velin's banquet, O'dor spoke with Flora about becoming her student, while Angus offered Velin a Multi-Flame Flower and promised to investigate Xuemiyya Silvis.
