Velin prepared to leave Qixing Territory for the New Continent, gathering nobles, administrators, and allies while securing King Valient’s support and welcoming Xuemya’s teacher, Kalaya. The arc ended with Velin arriving overseas and appointing Belder to build the new district’s administration.

• Hebrew returned to Okla City, received command of twelve elite legions, and helped Kavir advance to Gold Knight after Velin restored his missing arm.
• Velin returned to Qixing Territory, appointed Belder to lead its administration, and arranged for Belder’s family to move to the New Continent.
• Velin met with Tadius, who gave him a book on the Laws of Fire before quietly leaving Qixing Territory to pursue his search for truth.
• King Valient visited Qixing Territory, asked Velin to help his supporters leave the kingdom, and learned that his land would eventually drift away from the Xenops Subcontinent.
• Velin recruited Clever and other nobles for the New Continent as Xuemya’s teacher Kalaya arrived and investigated the people’s devotion to their lord.
• Velin offered Kalaya a duchy, and she accepted the title while asking only that he never mistreat Xuemya.
• Velin departed for the New Continent with Belder and more than three thousand others, then appointed Belder chief Archon and assigned Xuemya and Kyle military responsibilities.

Velin and his allies intervened in the wars between Parambria and Skelly while expanding Qixing’s influence and managing threats at home. After the conflict ended, Lavia secured Hainas forces to confront the pirates near the Sixth Teleportation Array Island, and the Ice Thorn Legion set out to join him.

• Xuemiyya punished Kmelia by sealing her magic and hanging her from the Royal Palace flagpole, while Velin arranged for Hilda and Xisina to train future palace recruits.
• Velin sent Qixing fleets to support Parambria against Skelly, and Kyle and Celeste negotiated agreements that gave Qixing control of five eastern provinces and secured military support.
• The Qixing fleet broke Skelly’s siege of Audrick City and destroyed its camp, while Galia killed the old marshal and Skelly’s forces retreated.
• Velin ordered an investigation into Skelly’s powerful cannons, then arranged with Kyle to draw Celeste and a future chosen one into a Reality Illusion to encourage a romance.
• Skelly’s envoy offered Velin half the kingdom and information about a Godhead, but Velin refused to abandon Parambria, and Falk concluded that Qixing meant to balance the regional powers.
• Skelly and Parambria signed an accord ending the war, transferring territory and supplies, and establishing a joint campaign against the God of Holy Blood.
• After pirates sank transport ships and killed more than a thousand people, Velin planned to reinforce the islands, while Celeste traveled to guide unaffiliated Dawn Priests.
• Lavia secured 60,000 Hainas troops from Theolis to defeat the pirates and protect the sea route, and Zorack led the Ice Thorn Legion toward the Sixth Teleportation Array Island.

Velin and his allies confronted an Abyssal invasion, while Kyle and Celeste fought Legendary demons and Orlando helped destroy the Abyss Gate. The story left Velin expecting an arriving fleet at Sixth Teleportation Array Island and Kyle heading north to investigate it.

• Zorack and Rastall Helios stopped the Sahuagin raid, destroyed the pirate army, and captured Gontis, whom Velin punished before allowing Zorack to take him.
• Iden occupied Buria City after Damian Bria fled, and Bevelin established the Qixing East District from Parambria’s former provinces.
• Velin sent Hebrew to negotiate with the Moon God Church and then led a force to the Nagarash Kingdom to fight demons summoned through an Abyss Gate.
• Xuemya rescued refugees near Winter Fortress, where Velin met Fulis Rafenox, reunited Liya with her brother Kexius, and found a diary about the God of Holy Blood’s past.
• Kyle and Celeste fought Legendary demons as Orlando and the human Transcendents battled the demon army, while Velin summoned the Blood Knight to empower Orlando.
• The Blood Knight purified the corrupted battlefield, and Orlando killed two high-tier Legendary demons and three Demon Warlocks, making the Abyss Gate disappear.
• Velin returned to Qixing West District, while Kyle prepared to lure the sleeping Celeste into a betrayal and Velin planned to keep the Chosen One on Sixth Teleportation Array Island.
• A fleet diverted by spatial anomalies neared the island, and Velin sent Kyle north to check whether it had arrived.

Velin’s scheme brought Celeste and Noenvi together, while Orlando reached Legend and reconciled with Velin. As the New Continent opened, Orlando began recruiting adventurers and discovered that the Wind Chaser Adventure Squad came from other worlds.

• Velin used a Reality Illusion to bring Celeste and Noenvi together, and they spent decades as partners before returning to their real lives and choosing a future together.
• Orlando left Baimu Province to complete his law comprehension, broke through to Legendary, and returned to find Velin angry that he had left without telling him.
• After Hebrew and Xuemya intervened, Velin and Orlando apologized and reconciled, then celebrated with Kyle and Celeste.
• Velin named Orlando Dawn Flame Wing, granted him territory and resources, and the New Continent’s teleportation array fully opened.
• Orlando stayed on First Teleportation Array Island to recruit adventurers and began teaching Hebrew history while Hebrew handled applications and army candidates.
• Orlando uncovered the Wind Chaser Adventure Squad’s hidden strength and learned that all of its members except Grim came from other worlds.
• Orlando offered the squad a chance to meet his lord, the Moon Knight, and Hebrew began screening the nobles who had gathered to join the army.
