Velin destroyed the Outer God's avatar, reached Legendary through the Law of Wood, and began preparing to found a nation. With the Moon God Church’s forces arriving, he appointed Celeste to lead an eastern campaign against the Kingdom of Seraphitaine.

• Velin and his companions confronted White Bone in the Solantia Death Forest, where Velin used the Black Spear to drive him off and then cleansed the forest of undead and Death Force.
• Velin healed Kyle and Celeste, learned more about his empowered strength, and returned to the Cecilia Demiplane before deciding to pursue Legendary within two years and establish his kingdom within five to ten.
• Velin attained the Legendary Tier beneath the Life Tree, then traveled beyond the New Continent and passed Orion’s trial to earn the title [Lin].
• Velin settled the Ex Family’s internal disputes by preserving its structure and setting out royal ranks, service paths, and punishments for clansmen who joined the evil camp.
• At the Star Prayer Day banquet, Velin celebrated his new rank, invited Elisa and Angus to help in his country, and appointed Bamund to command Okla City’s City Defense Army.
• Lucian Siegfried arrived representing the Moon God Church, bringing a large force and accepting the role of serving Velin in his nation.
• Velin learned the Blood Knight had erased part of the truth hidden in his soul, then announced plans to take two-thirds of the Kingdom of Seraphitaine and force it to submit.
• Kyle formed the Eastern Expeditionary Army with Celeste as commander, Lucian as deputy commander, and Angus as chief of staff.

The Qixing Army and Moon God Church conquered much of Seraphitaine, forcing King Solim to accept territorial terms and surrender. As the kingdom descended into political turmoil, Solim crushed the First Prince’s rebellion and sent royal hostages to Okla City.

• Velin tasked the Eastern Expeditionary Army with reorganizing before its campaign, while Hebrew destroyed the Lust Cult’s stronghold near First Teleportation Array Island.
• Angus launched a three-route invasion, and Doxius captured Karia Fortress and Dongyan City before Mordekai organized the defense of Dongluoyan City.
• Brendor’s agents destroyed the Square Tower, allowing the Eastern Expeditionary Army to take Dongluoyan City and kill Mordekai.
• The Qixing Army and Moon God Church routed Seraphitaine’s forces across several provinces, while Shaxier joined Angus and helped defeat Valgard’s army.
• Thorim chose surrender, and Mikhail persuaded Berichi to serve as envoy and negotiate with the Qixing Army.
• Kyle and Berichi agreed that Seraphitaine would transfer eleven provinces, provide hostages, and make the Moon God Church its mainstream faith, while Celeste agreed to help Velin retrieve a Floating City.
• Berichi signed the territorial agreement, and Solim used Gaius’s evidence to crush the First Prince’s rebellion and order royal hostages sent to Okla City.

Velin reorganized Qixing’s government, investigated corruption, and prepared to reach the Iron Forge Dwarven Mountain Kingdom’s Floating City. After entering the Outer Dimension alone, he learned that his companions would arrive at different times and arranged for a letter to reach Duke Moravia five hundred years later.

• Solim sent the Fourth Prince and Seventh Prince west as hostages to the Qixing Army, while Celeste returned to Okla City and awaited Saint Gerard.
• Gralard brought a blonde girl and her silver-haired brother to Okla City, and Velin learned that the Dawn Church could supply Legendary powerhouses for the coming relocation of lands.
• Glaierd gave Velin the Vessel of Io, and Velin, Kyle, and Celeste tested it by having death-row prisoners cultivate for thirty years inside it.
• Velin punished corrupt officials in Qixing West District, accepted Brend’s choice of a pioneering charter, and established a new system of administrative ranks and national offices with Belder.
• Velin traveled with Kyle and Celeste to First Teleportation Array Island, reprimanded Hebrew for neglecting his duties, and then went to search for the route to the Floating City.
• Velin and Celeste entered the Cecilia Demiplane, where Cecilia explained that the Life Tree’s birth would trigger a life tide, before Kyle returned with Duke Moravia to help break the spacetime restrictions.
• The Blood Knight opened a gateway to the Outer Dimension, and Velin arrived alone on a planet where he found Kyle’s letter directing Duke Moravia to visit Ambrose Lake and kill a temporal dragon phantom.
• Velin healed a disabled former unit commander, taught him a Breathing Technique, and entrusted him with a letter for Moravia to receive five hundred years later before leaving Light Spring City through a gate of time and space.

Velin escaped the collapsing time-loop trial, uncovered more about his past, and returned to Qixing Territory to strengthen its government and military. He recruited new allies, explored an ancient ruin, and prepared to establish his kingdom as Legendary Experts gathered in Okla City.

• Velin defeated the Time-Space Dragon, escaped the collapsing Outer Dimension with Kyle, Celeste, and Duke Moravia, and brought the Floating City to Ailadan Village.
• Velin learned from the murals and the Blood Knight about his connection to the black-haired youth, Elder Brother, and the Lights of Rules, then traveled toward Qixing Territory.
• Velin toured Baimu Province and Treya Province, recruited Bulin, and inspected the new administrative system before expanding the Inspectorate’s authority.
• Velin reorganized the kingdom’s territories and forces, honored fallen soldiers with noble titles and heirs, and waited for the final Legend needed to found his kingdom.
• Duke Moravia brought Lucas and his fairy companion to Velin, who settled the dispute with the God of War Church and recruited Lucas into the Qixing Army.
• Velin explored an underwater ruin with Kyle and Lucas, found a chained demon and a True Name-seeking mirror, and gave the mirror to Lucas.
• Velin tested a blue orb on summoned demons and trained four swordsmen with purified blood energy, while also arranging to learn how the Church of the God of Song and Art produced its operas.
• Velin recruited Lance to hunt Holy Blood Church remnants, welcomed Leonus into the Qixing Army, and summoned eight Legendary Experts to prepare for the kingdom’s founding.
