Velin expanded the Fifteenth Army, secured allies and supplies, and led its campaigns through German territory. The arc ended with the Fourth Legion breaching German City as fighting and looting spread through its streets.

• Kyle’s Badako Army fought its way onto Sollier City’s walls, then withdrew after nine hours as Velin approved a siege strategy and sent Hebrew to clear enemy forces elsewhere.
• Velin’s forces broke Sollier City’s Divine Shield, defeated Ilus’s army, and captured Mengya, whom Kyle named Seraphina and took as his disciple.
• Velin negotiated resources and training from the Duke of Moravia, reorganized the Fifteenth Army, and mediated Clever’s dispute with Count Joshua Marcus.
• The Fifteenth Army conquered cities in Lai Province and joined the Fourth Legion’s campaign against the German Kingdom, while Velin’s forces prepared to take Rostock.
• Kyle arranged for Ilif to surrender Rostock, and Ilif’s uprising opened the city to the Blackrock and Badako armies before Velin appointed him commander of the Miens Army.

Velin secured the Messier Demiplane and was sent to the Titon Kingdom to negotiate its submission while navigating its royal factions. He completed the agreements, then took in Ruili after Elsa exposed her plans and declared Lydia dead.

• Velin found the entrance to the Messier Demiplane beneath Karak Palace, and Kyle broke through its barriers before they discovered Messier’s legacy and Kyle fused with the demiplane’s Heart.
• After the Expeditionary Army divided the former German Kingdom, Velin was appointed envoy to the Titon Kingdom and traveled there with Kyle.
• Velin agreed to support Rogier Prescott’s cause in exchange for the kingdom, the Storm Church’s wealth, and an ancient ruin, while Rogier sought to advance Ailebella’s claim.
• Velin arrived in the royal capital and learned that Queen Elsa was consolidating power as the Storm Church weakened, while Ruili revealed Ailebella was Elsa’s biological daughter and Babivie’s child.
• After an alleged attempt on Ailebella’s life, Kyle captured the assassins, and Velin investigated their conflicting orders as Elsa sealed the capital and searched homes.
• Velin and the Titon rulers signed eleven agreements on January 8, 9758, preserving the kingdom’s social classes under the Expeditionary Army’s authority.
• Elsa revealed that Ailebella was her brother’s daughter and the last of his bloodline, while Ruili called her the Blood Queen for allowing rebels to expose themselves before killing them.
• Elsa declared Lydia dead and ordered a purge, while Ruili revealed her True Name as Lydia Gertvos and chose to remain Ruili, and Velin took her to Cummings Manor and promised protection.

Velin expanded the Expeditionary Army through Haina District and advanced into Rabber District while the Storm Church collapsed and the Titon Kingdom’s forces fought at sea. After Tarxi City fell, Velin promoted Hebrew and left him in command as the campaign continued.

• Velin assembled the Fifteenth Army, recruited soldiers and professionals across the Titon Kingdom, and sent Kyle’s forces into Recard District.
• Kyle and Velin invaded Milar District, captured a Candidate Saintess, and broke the Storm Church’s resistance, but the Storm God’s power summoned a meteor that devastated the district.
• Velin divided his forces between Rabber and Haina Districts, then led the main army into Haina as Hebrew commanded the Thousand Forts Army in Rabber.
• Raphael surrendered Haina City to the Blackrock Army, and Velin added him and his soldiers to the Haina Army.
• Velin’s forces retook Baili Town and captured Gersol, while the Church of Harvest and the Woodland Free Alliance faced mounting pressure.
• Duke of Moravia brought other Legendaries to negotiate with Velin, and Velin later marched west with two hundred thousand troops to occupy Rabber District.

Velin helped reshape Brera’s former territories, awakened the War Beast Puppet, and joined the Southern Army’s campaign against Skalovi. After the kingdom surrendered, he traveled to Milihua Town to find a youth whose soul memories were about to awaken.

• Clement captured Gamosi City, while Velin and Merezzakli signed the Breller Agreement to divide Brera City and the Grand Duke of Breller disappeared.
• Velin and Kyle found the Silver Robot SDA-080, then Velin learned from Merezzak that an ancestor’s cube held a message in his native language.
• Velin awakened the golden War Beast Puppet with three Law crystals and reunited with Cecilia after she became a world spirit.
• Merezzak established the Grand Duchy of Merezzak, while Velin agreed to support his plans and sent Kyle to retrieve the War Beast Puppet and recruit for the Yalan Army.
• The Southern Army began its campaign against Skalovi, captured towns and strongholds, and declared war on the Beast God’s Faith State.
• As Skalovi’s defenses collapsed, King Rivacamon ordered Vaot to kill the Third Princess and her family, then negotiated the kingdom’s surrender with Velin.
