• Merezzakli, Velin, and Hebrew attended a pre-war meeting and signed the Breller Agreement, dividing Brera City between the Titon Kingdom and the Fifteenth Army and leaving the Breller family to the kingdom.
• Velin returned to camp, delegated affairs to Hebrew, and withdrew to his tent to rest.
• The Grand Duke of Breller questioned his silent ministers about the city’s fate, then dismissed them and asked his guards how long Brera City could hold.
• The Grand Duke of Breller removed his robes, took a Knight Sword, and walked toward Hyulit Palace after voicing confusion about his forgotten ambitions.

Retana learned that the Rule God of Elairilia had discovered her and abandoned her plan to claim Grand Duke Brera’s soul in order to protect her Sixth Level Planet World. The royal palace was devastated, Grand Duke Brera disappeared, and Brera City surrendered to Velin’s forces and the Titon Kingdom United Army.

• Seven Emotions told Retana that the Rule God of Elairilia had found her and was closing a net around her Sixth Level Planet World.
• Retana realized Seven Emotions had exposed her, destroyed the Rule of Lust within her body, and erased her consciousness after giving up her ten-thousand-year scheme.
• Dawn and another god froze time, discussed the failed scheme, and Dawn tossed an artifact toward Brera City’s Civilian District before leaving.
• Velin examined the dimmed crystals recording blindness, deafness, and muteness, then learned from Kyle that the palace had been partly destroyed and Grand Duke Brera and his wife had vanished.

After taking over Brera City and renaming it Clement City, Velin celebrated his battle record and resumed exploring the city, searching for the source of a strange feeling. The chapter leaves Velin and Kyle following that pull into the slums.

• Kyle threatened the Machinery Core until it identified itself as SDA-080 and explained its history, including the destruction of its sector and the planar worlds it had passed through.
• SDA-080 said it had been modified to gain self-awareness and adapt to planar worlds, and Kyle suspected a Legendary Expert or someone higher had altered it.
• When Kyle suggested turning SDA-080 into a toilet, the Machinery Core pleaded to be spared and demonstrated its massage skills on Velin.
• Kyle suggested giving SDA-080 to Belder for administrative work, and Velin stored it in his Spatial Ring for later.

Velin questioned King Merezhak about Queen Elsa's influence and learned that Merezhak wanted to establish a new nation from the Titon Kingdom's northern territories. Merezhak tried to secure Velin's support by revealing a relic connected to Great Sage Silas Ansair, and the chapter ended as the relic posed Velin another question.

• Velin asked Merezhak whether Alebella was truly his daughter, and Merezhak admitted she was his late elder brother's daughter and only bloodline.
• Merezhak said the war had inspired him to establish a new nation in the north, even if it consisted of only a few major districts.
• Merezhak told Velin that an ancestor had studied under Great Sage Silas Ansair and showed him the ancestor's words in an unfamiliar language.
• Merezhak presented Velin with a twelve-sided magic cube, which displayed a question in Velin's native language from his previous life.

• Velin agreed to Merezzakli’s plan to form a new nation and demanded five count titles and twenty-four viscount titles for his followers.
• Velin and Merezzakli discussed their plans, and Velin demanded authority over the Maleg District garrison while Merezzakli waited three months before acting.

• The Church of Life and the Church of Harvest signed the Baili Agreement, and Gersol Anqiluo was executed in Baili Town, ending the Baili Town Incident.
• The Floating City arrived near Clement City, and Velin flew aboard to meet Duke of Moravia.

Guidance of Fate also told him that a sixteen-year-old boy would awaken his memories in eleven months, and after two successful rounds of probing, Elsa formally declared war on the Beast God's Faith State, the Kingdom of Skalovi.

• King Rivacamon’s envoy gave Elsa, Merezzakli, and Velin a detailed map of Skalovi’s border defenses, and Elsa and Merezzakli chose four towns for the first probing.
• Velin inspected the warehouses and learned from Kyle that 1,386 people had joined the Halo Plan.
• Guidance of Fate told Velin that a boy in Milihua Town would awaken his memories in eleven months, and Velin wondered if he should find the boy a mother.

As the Southern Army steadily took Skalovi’s western districts, the Angoya Empire neared defeat after months of siege. Velin witnessed the Beast God leave the Metagea Plane, signaling the war’s end, while the imprisoned Church clergy began to lose their minds.

• Velin patrolled Tarapha City as the Southern Army advanced through Skalovi’s western districts.
• A young knight on Angoya’s besieged capital walls accepted a letter from the dying remnants of a soldier’s unit and promised to deliver it.
• The young knight learned that his sister Doliwa had been killed, then fought through another siege and survived as his section was replaced.
• Velin sensed a disturbance in the magic on October 1st and saw the Beast God’s divine kingdom depart for the Astral Realm.
• Kyle told Velin that the imprisoned Church of the Beast God clergy were going mad, and a beam of light shot toward the departing divine kingdom.

After the Southern Army ended its war with the Kingdom of Skalovi, Velin was ordered to travel to the royal capital and oversee the kingdom’s surrender. There, King Rivacamon began purging nobles tied to the Church of the Beast God, and his guards attacked his daughter’s husband’s manor.

• Velin received Duke Ister’s order to accept Skalovi’s surrender, monitor its nobles, and execute anyone linked to the Church of Harvest.
• Velin told Kyle to bring the Ice Sword Camp and ordered Hebrew to march the remaining troops and their agreed-upon wealth toward the Skalovi royal capital.
• Elsa, Merezzakli, and Kalundin accepted the Expeditionary Army Command’s order, and Velin set out for the royal capital.
• King Rivacamon ordered a purge of forces connected to the Church of the Beast God and commanded Vaot to kill his daughter’s husband and child before giving his daughter a proper burial.
